Product Technical Specifications Seating Area: 300 x 500 cm (118 x 197 in) Roof Area: 370 x 570 cm (146 x 224 in) Height: 330 cm (130 in) Wood Features: The wood raw material used for manufacturing will be 1st Class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Wood sections will be produced with a maximum tolerance of (±) 2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of (±) 20 mm (0.8 in), according to the project. The wood material used in production must have the following characteristics: - Knots: Each meter may contain up to 4 solid knots. The total width of the knots will not exceed ¼ of the piece width. No rotten, defective, partially fused, or fallen knots will be present. - Cracks: No ring cracks. Microscopic cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑impregnation may cause head and foot cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: Each meter can contain one resin pocket not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in). No dripping or pulling resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes will be present. No manufacturing defects; only deviations within the specified tolerances are allowed. - Bending: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. - Twisting: For each meter of length, twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in). - Camber bending: Deflection will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and free of splinters. The wood will be painted with white lacquer. Main Supports: The supporting legs will be made from six pieces of pine timber, each at least 90 x 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), shaped with diamond‑tipped special knives to give a motif. The height of the supporting legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The roof’s bearing slats will be made from 50 x 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of the slats will be routed to shape them. The tops of the slats will be fastened with wood‑on‑wood laminate or fiber material. On the laminate, tarred membranes will be installed with wide‑head special nails. Then the roof will be covered with American cedar‑shingle type roofing material using wide‑head special nails. On the front board, at least 30 x 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) slats, also motif‑cut with diamond‑tipped knives, will be mounted on the roof slats with special galvanized screws. The roof connection will be built with a frame of twelve 50 x 50 mm (2 x 2 in) slats, each end cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives. All fixed connections will be made with stainless steel wood screws or polymer adhesive. Galvanized wood screws will be used for the main‑support to roof connections. Anchoring: Under each supporting leg a flange of 18x13x3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) will be welded with a 15x8x2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) washer; a 13x8x3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate will be drilled with two anchor holes, and each 15x8x2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate will be drilled with three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors will be bolted to the legs with screws and to the floor with steel dowels. This prevents wood contact with water and secures the legs to the ground. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated by welding at least two sides of the 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick flange plates. Six special screws will be inserted per leg for the connection to the verticals, and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal parts will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish.
