Wood sections will be produced with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Each meter of wood may contain up to four sound knots; the total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, decay, partially fused or fallen knots will be present. No ring cracks will be allowed; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may occur. Pressure‑treated specifications may allow head and length cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets will not exceed 10 cm (3.9 in) in length per meter, with at most one per meter; no dripping or pulling resin, inner shell, rot cavities, or insect holes are permitted. Manufacturing defects are excluded; only tolerances may cause deviations. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length; impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twisting will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. Blade bending will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and painted with white lacquer. Main Supports: Four support legs will be made from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber shaped with diamond‑tipped special knives. The support leg height will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The gazebo roof’s bearing slats will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each slat will be milled for shaping, then covered with wooden‑pressed clapboard or fiber material and screwed in place. Shingles (American Kiremidi) will be fastened with wide‑head special nails, and a ridge board will be installed with galvanized wood screws. Additional wooden slats (minimum 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in)) with diamond‑tipped motifs will be attached to the eave board using galvanized screws. The roof connection frame will consist of eight slats (minimum 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in)) cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws or polymer adhesive. Galvanized wood screws will be used for the main support‑to‑roof connections. Anchorage: Under each support leg, a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, which will be drilled for anchor bolts and 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors will be bolted to the supports and attached to the ground with steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and ensuring stable installation. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated by welding flanges (minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thickness) around at least two sides. Six special screws will be installed per leg for anchorage to the vertical members, and two dowel screws per leg for ground attachment. All metal components will be powder‑coated with polyester‑based paint and baked.
