PRODUCT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Seating Area: 400 × 400 cm (157 x 157 in) Roof Area: 470 × 470 cm (185 x 185 in) Height: 300 cm (118 in) Wood Characteristics: The timber used for manufacturing will be first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable wood conditions include: - Knots: Up to four solid knots per meter, each knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width. No rotten, split, partially fused, or fallen knots. - Cracks: No ring cracks; hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible. Pressure‑treated cracks may appear within tolerance limits. - Resin Pockets: No more than one pocket per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No leaking or pulling resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. - Manufacturing Defects: None, only deviations within the specified tolerances. - Bending: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. - Impact: Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twisting: Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. - Edge Bending: Tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Primary Supports: Four support legs will be fabricated from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber, each cut with a diamond‑tipped special blade that adds a motif. The legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in) high. Roof: The roof’s primary beams will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each beam will be routed to shape them, then covered with wood‑grade pressure‑treated siding or fibrous material and fastened with screws. Zinc‑coated nails with wide heads will attach zinc‑coated membranes, followed by the same nails securing an American‑style shingle roof (known as “kiremidi”). The fascia board will use 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) wood with diamond‑tipped motifs, fastened to the roof beams with galvanized wood screws. The roof connection frame consists of eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) beams, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped blades; one end attaches to the primary support, the other to the fascia. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws; the primary support‑to‑roof connections will use special galvanized wood screws. Side Panels (Railings): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped blades. They are fastened to the primary supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood shaped with diamond‑tipped blades and installed with galvanized screws and clear specialty wood glue. The gate uses five pieces of 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) wood (two for the gate itself and one on each side). Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of nine 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) L‑shaped wooden legs, each attached at one end to the primary support and at the other end to a seating frame. Four decorative wooden slats per side, cut with diamond‑tipped blades, are fastened with galvanized wood screws. Anchoring: Under each support leg a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; two anchor holes will be drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be drilled in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be installed with screws into the underside of the supports and bolted to the ground with steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and securing the legs. Gazebo anchors will be welded on at least two sides of the minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick flange. Each leg will receive six specialty screws for the anchoring connection and two dowel screws for the ground connection. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish and baked. Impregnation: The structure will be pressure‑treated according to applicable specifications to ensure durability and resistance to environmental factors.
