Product Technical Specifications Seating Area: 400 x 400 cm (157 x 157 in) Roof Area: 470 x 470 cm (185 x 185 in) Height: 330 cm (130 in) Wood Characteristics: The lumber used for production will be 1st‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood must meet the following criteria: Knots – up to four sound knots per meter, each knot not exceeding one‑quarter of the total piece width. No rot, defects, partially fused or missing knots. No ring cracks; only fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are permitted, as well as pressure‑treated cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets – at most one per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No leaking or sucking resin, no inner shell, rot cavities, or insect holes. No manufacturing defects beyond the specified tolerances. Bending – not to exceed 1/50 of the piece length. Impact marks – not to exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twisting – not to exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Edge bending – tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. Sanding – all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and free of splinters. The wood will be painted with a white lacquer. Main Supports: Six pine timber posts, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), will be machined with diamond‑tipped knives and provided with decorative motifs. The support posts will be 240 cm (94.5 in) high. Roof: The roof’s supporting slats will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) timber. Two corners of each slat will be milled to shape. The tops of the slats will be fastened with wood‑preserving boards or fiber material, then covered with oil‑impregnated membranes secured with wide‑head special nails. An American shingle known as “kiremidi” will be installed using the same nails. The fascia board will be equipped with decorative timber slats (minimum 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in)) machined with diamond‑tipped knives and attached to the roof slats with galvanized wood screws. The roof connection frame will consist of eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) slats, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, mounting one end to the main support and the other to the fascia. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws; galvanized wood screws will be used for the main‑support‑to‑roof connections. Pigeon Loft: The pigeon loft will be 450 mm (17.7 in) high, with roof‑area slats made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber. Additional 30 × 15 mm (1.2 x 0.6 in) wooden battens will be installed between the upper and lower 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber at 30 mm (1.2 in) intervals. The slats will be fastened with shiplap wood laths and oil‑impregnated membranes with wide‑head nails, then covered with the same “kiremidi” American shingle featuring a clover‑leaf pattern. The eaves board will use 90 × 20 mm (3.5 x 0.8 in) timber shaped with a diamond‑tipped decorative knife. Lower Panels (Railing): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber, sanded on all sides and edged with decorative diamond‑cut knives. Frames will be mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative motifs are produced from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) timber cut with diamond‑tipped knives and attached with galvanized screws and clear wood glue. Upper Panels: The upper railing width is 35 cm (13.8 in). Upper railing frames are also made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) sanded timber with decorative edges, mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. The same 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) decorative timber pieces will be used and fastened with galvanized screws. Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of six L‑shaped timber legs (minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in)). Each leg is attached at one end to the main support and at the other end to the seating slats. Four decorative timber slats per side, shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, will be secured with special galvanized screws. Anchoring: Under each support post, a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; two anchor holes will be drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be drilled in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be bolted to the underside of the supports and connected to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the timber and providing secure footings. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated from minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick flanges welded on both sides. Six special screws will be installed per foot for structural connection, and two dowel screws per foot for ground attachment. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based paint and baked. Impregnation:...
