Product Technical Specifications Seating Area: 400 x 400 cm (157 x 157 in) Roof Area: 470 x 470 cm (185 x 185 in) Height: 330 cm (130 in) Wood Characteristics: The wood used for manufacture will be first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Wood sections will be produced with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood quality includes: - Knots: each piece may contain up to four solid knots; total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the part width. No rot, decay, partially fused or fallen knots are allowed. - Cracks: no ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible, as long as they fall within the specified tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: maximum one per meter, not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in). No leaking or pulling resin, no inner bark, rot holes, or insect holes. - Manufacturing defects are not permitted; only the specified tolerances may apply. - Bending: deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. - Impact: impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twisting: twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. - Sword bending (deflection): deflection tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and free of splinters. Wood will be painted with white lacquer. Primary Supports: Six support legs, each made from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber with diamond‑tipped knives cutting decorative motifs, will be fabricated. The height of the support legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The roof’s load‑bearing slats will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) timber. Two corners of each slat will be shaped on a router. The slats will be fastened with wood screws to a wooden under‑lath or fiber material. Zinc‑coated nails with wide heads will attach roofing felt membranes, and the same nails will secure the shingle roofing material (American cedar‑shingle style). The fascia board will use 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) decorative timber slats, attached with galvanized wood screws. The roof frame will be assembled with eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) slats, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, connecting the primary supports to the fascia. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws; connections between the primary supports and the roof will use special galvanized wood screws. Pigeon Loft: The loft height is 450 mm (17.7 in) and its roof slats are made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber. Additional 30 × 15 mm (1.2 x 0.6 in) wooden battens will be placed between the upper and lower 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timbers at 30 mm (1.2 in) intervals. The slats will be fastened with ventilated wood laths, zinc‑coated nails, and covered with shingle roofing material that mimics clover‑leaf tiles. The eaves board will use 90 × 20 mm (3.5 x 0.8 in) timber shaped with a diamond‑tipped decorative knife. Lower Panels (Railings): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber that has been sanded on all sides and edged with a decorative diamond‑cut knife. Frames are mounted to the primary supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative pieces are fabricated from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) timber cut with a diamond‑tipped decorative knife and attached with galvanized screws and a clear wood adhesive. Upper Panels: The upper railing width is 35 cm (13.8 in). Upper railing frames are made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) sanded timber with decorative diamond‑cut edges and are mounted with galvanized wood screws. The same 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) decorative timber pieces are used and fastened with galvanized screws. Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of six 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) L‑shaped wooden legs. One end of each leg is attached to the primary support, the other end to the seating frame. Four decorative diamond‑cut wooden slats are attached to each side of the seating frame with special galvanized screws. Anchoring: A flange of 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) will be welded to the bottom of each support leg, with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) groove cut for welding. Two anchor holes (15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) will be drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, each with three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors will be bolted to the legs with screws and secured to the ground with steel dowels. This prevents water contact with the timber and provides a stable base. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated from 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick flanges welded on at least two sides. Six special screws will be inserted per leg for the vertical connection, and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish. Pressure Treatment: [Technical details omitted for brevity]
