Wood sections will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood must meet the following criteria: Knots – each meter may contain up to four solid knots whose total diameter does not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, defects, partially split or missing knots are allowed. Cracks – no ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are permissible. Pressure‑treated specifications may allow head and longitudinal cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets – each meter may contain one resin pocket not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in). No dripping or pulling resin, inner shell, rot cavities, or insect holes are permitted. Manufacturing defects are not allowed; only deviations within the specified tolerances are acceptable. Bending – may not exceed 1/50 of the member length. Impact – may not exceed 1/100 of the member width. Twisting – may not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Compression bending – tolerances between 1/50 and 1/100 of member length. Sanding – all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: Support legs will be made from six pieces of pine lumber, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special knives and given a motif. The height of the support legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The gazebo’s roof frame will be fabricated from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) lumber. Two corners of each rail will be routed to shape them. The top of the rails will be screwed with either wooden laminated boards or fiber material. Shingles (American Kiremidi) will be installed with wide‑head special nails over zinc‑treated membranes attached to the lumber. The eaves board (minimum 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in)) will be mounted with galvanized wood screws. The roof connection frame will be assembled with eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) rails, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, attaching one end to the main support and the other to the eaves board. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws; roof‑to‑support connections will use special galvanized wood screws. Upper Panels: The upper railings are 35 cm (13.8 in) high. Railing frames are made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) lumber, sanded on all sides and beveled with diamond‑tipped knives. They are mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are fabricated from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) lumber and attached with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Railings): Lower railings are 75 cm (29.5 in) high. Frames are made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) sanded and beveled lumber, mounted with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) lumber cut with diamond‑tipped knives and fixed with galvanized screws and a clear specialty wood glue. Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of eight wooden legs (minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) attached to the support frame, with four decorative diamond‑tipped wooden slats on each side, all secured with galvanized screws. Anchoring: A flange (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) will be welded onto the bottom of each support leg, then a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate will be drilled with two anchor holes, and a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate will receive three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors will be fastened with screws to the supports and to the ground via steel dowels, preventing water contact and ensuring stability. Gazebo anchors will be welded with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) weld bead on at least two sides of each flange. Six special screws will be installed per leg for the connection to the vertical members, and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish.
