Product Technical Specifications Seating Area: 400 × 400 cm (157 x 157 in) Roof Area: 470 × 470 cm (185 x 185 in) Height: 330 cm (130 in) Wood Characteristics: The lumber used for production will be 1st‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in). The wood material must meet the following criteria: - Knots: Each linear meter may contain up to 4 solid knots, each not exceeding one‑quarter of the total piece width. No rotten, defective, partially fused, or fallen knots are allowed. - Cracks: No ring cracks are permitted. Hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present, as long as they remain within tolerance limits. - Resin Pockets: No resin pockets longer than 10 cm (3.9 in) will be accepted; at most one per linear meter. No dripping or sucking resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes are allowed. Manufacturing defects are excluded; only the specified tolerances apply. - Bending: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. - Impact: Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. - Twisting: Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. - Sword‑line Bending: Deflection between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length is tolerated. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove any splinters. Main Supports: Eight support legs will be fabricated from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine timber, each cut with diamond‑tipped special knives that add decorative motifs. The support legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in) tall. Roof: The roof’s load‑bearing beams will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each beam will be routed for shaping. The top of the beams will be fastened with wood‑sheathed cladding or fiber material, then covered with zinc‑coated membranes secured with wide‑head special nails. An American cedar‑shingle roofing material (known as "shingle") will be applied using the same wide‑head nails. The fascia board will use 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) timber with decorative diamond‑tipped cuts, mounted to the roof beams with galvanized screws. For the roof connection, eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) beams, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, will form a roof‑frame chassis attached at one end to the main support and at the other to the fascia. All fixed joints will use stainless‑steel wood screws; the main‑support‑to‑roof connections will employ special galvanized wood screws. Pigeon Loft: The loft height is 450 mm (17.7 in), with roof‑beam members made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood. Additional 30 × 15 mm (1.2 x 0.6 in) wooden slats will be installed between the upper and lower 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) beams at 30 mm (1.2 in) intervals. The slats will be screwed to shingle‑covered wooden lambrils, which in turn will have zinc‑coated membranes fastened with wide‑head nails, followed by the same shingle roofing. The eave board will use 90 × 20 mm (3.5 x 0.8 in) timber shaped with a diamond‑tipped motif knife. Upper Panels: The upper guardrail width is 40 cm (15.7 in). Guardrail frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber, sanded on all sides and edged with decorative diamond‑tipped cuts. They will be mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative pieces (40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in)) are also cut with diamond‑tipped motif knives and attached with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Guardrail): The lower guardrail height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Frames are the same 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) sanded, diamond‑tipped timber, fastened to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. The same 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) decorative pieces are installed with galvanized screws and transparent special wood glue. Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of eight 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) L‑shaped wooden legs, each attached at one end to the main support and at the other end to the seating frame. Four decorative diamond‑tipped cuts will shape each side of the seating frame, which will be secured with galvanized screws. Anchoring: Flanges (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) will be welded to 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plates, and two anchor holes will be drilled into each 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Each plate will receive three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes (15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)). Anchors will be bolted to the foot of the support legs and to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and ensuring stable foot mounting. Gazebo anchors will be welded to flanges with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) weld bead on at least two sides. Six special screws will be installed per leg for the anchor‑to‑leg connection, and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal components will be powder‑coated with polyester‑based paint and baked. Pressure Treatment: [Technical details of pressure treatment would follow here.]
