Product Technical Specifications Seating Area: 500 × 500 cm (197 x 197 in) Roof Area: 570 × 570 cm (224 x 224 in) Height: 330 cm (130 in) Wood Characteristics: The wood material used for manufacturing will be Grade 1 Spruce (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Desired wood characteristics include knots: each meter may contain up to four sound knots, and the total knot width will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, decay, partially fused, or fallen knots will be present. Cracks: ring cracks will not be present; hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may occur. Pressure‑treated specifications may allow head and foot cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets: each meter may contain at most one resin pocket not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No dripping, pulling resin, inner shell, rot cavities, or insect holes will be found. Manufacturing defects are not allowed; only deviations within the specified tolerances may occur. Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. Impact will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. Bending of the blade will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: Support legs will be fabricated from eight pieces of spruce lumber, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special knives and given a decorative motif. The height of the support legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The gazebo roof’s supporting slats will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each slat will be shaped on a router. The slats’ upper surfaces will be fastened with wood‑sheathed boards or fiber material. Boards will be covered with tarred membranes and attached with wide‑head special nails. The roof will then be finished with American cedar‑shingle roofing material (known as shingle). The fascia board will use wooden slats at least 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special knives and mounted to the roof slats with galvanized wood screws. For the roof connection, eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) slats, each cut at specific angles at both ends with diamond‑tipped knives, will form the roof frame, attaching one end to the main support and the other to the fascia board. All fixed connections will be made with stainless‑steel wood screws; galvanized wood screws will be used for the main‑support‑to‑roof connections. Pigeon Loft: The pigeon loft height will be 450 mm (17.7 in), and its roof slats will be made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood. Between the upper and lower 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood members, 30 mm (1.2 in)‑spaced 30 × 15 mm (1.2 x 0.6 in) wooden battens will be installed. The slats will be fastened with tongue‑and‑groove wooden boards, covered with tarred membranes, and finished with wide‑head special nails and American cedar‑shingle roofing. The eave board will consist of 90 × 20 mm (3.5 x 0.8 in) wood shaped with a diamond‑tipped decorative knife. Upper Panels: Upper railings will be 40 cm (15.7 in) wide. Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) pieces of wood, sanded on all sides and edged with a decorative knife. These frames will be mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative pieces, sized 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) and cut with a diamond‑tipped decorative knife, will be attached to the upper and lower railing frames with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Railings): The lower railings are 75 cm (29.5 in) high. Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, sanded on all sides and edged with a decorative knife, and will be mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. The same 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) decorative pieces, cut with a diamond‑tipped decorative knife, will be fastened to the railing frames with galvanized screws and a clear special wood adhesive. Seating Unit: The seating unit will use eight wooden legs, each at least 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), positioned so that one end attaches to the main support and the other end to the seating slat. Each side will have four wooden seating slats shaped with diamond‑tipped decorative knives and mounted with special galvanized screws. Anchoring: Under each support leg, a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; two anchor holes will be drilled into a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be drilled into each 15 × 8 2 mm (0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be screwed to the bottom of the support legs and secured to the floor with steel dowels, preventing wood from contacting water and ensuring stable foot mounting. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated from minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick flange material, welded on both sides, and each leg will receive six special screws. Floor connections will receive two dowelled screws per leg. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish. Injection: [Technical details about the injection process would be placed here.]
