Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Each meter may contain up to four sound knots; the total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. Rotten, defective, partially fused, or missing knots will not be present. No ring cracks will be allowed; micro‑cracks of 1–2 mm (0-0.1 in) may occur. Pressure‑treated specifications may allow head and longitudinal cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets will not exceed 10 cm (3.9 in) in length and only one may appear per meter; there will be no dripping or pulling resin, inner shell, rot cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are excluded; only the defined tolerances apply. Flexibility: Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Bow deflection will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and painted with white lacquer. Primary Supports: Eight support legs will be fabricated from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine timber, cut with diamond‑tipped special knives and given a motif. Each leg will be 240 cm (94.5 in) high. Roof Structure: The gazebo’s roof frame will be built from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) timber. Two corners of each beam will be shaped on a router, then the tops will be screwed with either laminated wood or fiber material. Wide‑head special nails will attach zinc‑coated membranes to the laminate, followed by American cedar‑shingle roofing material secured with the same nails. The eave board will receive 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) timber beams, also cut with diamond‑tipped knives and mounted to the roof beams with galvanized wood screws. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws. The connections between the primary supports and the roof will use specially galvanized wood screws. Lower Panels (Guardrail): The lower guardrail height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Guardrail frames are made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber, sanded on all sides with diamond‑tipped knives and edged with decorative wood. Frames are mounted to the primary supports with galvanized wood screws. Inter‑spaced motifs consist of 2.5 cm (1 in) thick, 10 cm (3.9 in) wide laminated panels, also attached with galvanized screws. Anchoring: A flange measuring 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) will be welded onto the underside of each support leg, with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) washer welded on top. Two anchor holes will be drilled into a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be drilled into each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be screwed to the legs and fastened to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securely mounting the legs. Gazebo anchors will be welded to the flanges on at least two sides, using a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) weld bead. Six special screws will be installed on each leg for the anchor connection, and two dowel screws per leg will secure the anchor to the ground.
