Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood characteristics include: - Knots: Up to four solid knots per meter, with total knot width not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, defects, partially fused or fallen knots are allowed. - Cracks: No ring cracks; hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible. Pressure‑treated specifications may allow head and foot cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin Pockets: No longer than 10 cm (3.9 in) per meter, limited to one per meter. No leaking or pulling resin, no inner shell, rot cavities, or insect holes. - Manufacturing Defects: None; only the specified tolerances may vary. - Bending: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. - Impact Marks: Will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. - Twisting: No more than 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. - Sword‑type Bend: Tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove splinters. Two corners of each rafter will be routed for shape, then covered with wood‑sealed cladding or fiber material and fastened with screws. Zinc‑coated membranes will be mounted on the cladding with wide‑head special nails, followed by an American‑kiremidi shingle roof covering fastened with the same nails. The lintel board will be supported by 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) decorative wooden laths, also attached with galvanized wood screws. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws; connections between the main carriers and the roof will use special galvanized wood screws. Lower Panels (Railings): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) and 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, sanded on all sides and edged with decorative diamond‑tipped knives. Frames are mounted to the main carriers with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are crafted from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood cut with special decorative knives and attached with galvanized screws. The gate will use two minimum 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) wooden posts. Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of nine minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) L‑shaped wooden legs, each attached at one end to the carrier and at the other end to a seating rail using four galvanized screws. On each L‑leg, twelve minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), 300 cm (118 in) long wooden seating rails and eight minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), 100 cm (39.4 in) long rails, shaped with decorative diamond‑tipped knives, will be mounted with galvanized screws. Anchoring: Under each carrier leg, a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; two anchor holes will be drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be drilled in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be bolted to the carrier legs and connected to the ground with steel dowels to prevent moisture contact and ensure stable mounting. The gazebo anchors will be welded on at least two sides of 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick flange plates. Six specially sized screws will be installed per leg for the vertical connection and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish and baked in a furnace.
