Product Technical Specifications Seating Area: 500 × 500 cm (197 x 197 in) Roof Area: 570 × 570 cm (224 x 224 in) Height: 330 cm (130 in) Wood Characteristics: The timber used for manufacturing will be first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood quality includes: - Knots: Up to four solid knots per meter; knot diameters will not exceed one‑quarter of the total piece width. No rot‑affected, defective, partially fused, or fallen knots are permitted. - Cracks: No ring cracks; micro‑cracks of 1–2 mm (0-0.1 in) are acceptable. Pressure‑treated timber may show head and foot cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin Pockets: No resin pockets longer than 10 cm (3.9 in) per meter; only one pocket may be present, and it must be free of drips or tears. No inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes are allowed. Manufacturing defects are not permitted; only the specified tolerances apply. - Deflection: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twist: Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. - Bowing: Bowing will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove splinters. Primary Supports: Eight 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine beams with diamond‑tipped, motif‑engraved ends will serve as support footings. The height of each support foot will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof Structure: Roof supporting rafters will be fabricated from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) lumber. Two corners of each rafter will be shaped on a router, and the top surface will be fastened with wooden sheathing or fiber material. Wide‑head nails will attach tar paper membranes, followed by shingle roofing (American cedar‑shingles). The soffit will use 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) motif‑engraved boards, mounted to the roof rafters with galvanized wood screws. The roof framing will consist of eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) pieces cut at specific angles, each attached to the main supports and the soffit with galvanized fasteners. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws; connections between the main supports and roof will use specially galvanized wood screws. Dovecote: The dovecote height is 450 mm (17.7 in), with roof rafters made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood. Additional 30 × 15 mm (1.2 x 0.6 in) slats will be installed 30 mm (1.2 in) apart between the upper and lower 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) members. The rafters will be fastened with louvered wood lambris, tar paper membranes, and shingle roofing as described above. The rake board will consist of 90 × 20 mm (3.5 x 0.8 in) pieces shaped with a diamond‑tipped motif knife. Upper Panels (Handrails): Handrail width is 40 cm (15.7 in). Handrail frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) pieces of sanded, edge‑capped wood cut with diamond‑tipped knives. They will be mounted to the primary supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) diamond‑cut wood pieces, also fastened with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Railings): Lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) sanded, edge‑capped wood pieces, attached to the primary supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) diamond‑cut wood pieces, installed with galvanized screws and a transparent wood adhesive. Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of eight wooden legs, each at least 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), with one end attached to the primary support and the other to the seating slat. Four diamond‑tipped, motif‑engraved wooden slats will be fixed to each side of the seating unit using galvanized screws. Anchoring: Under each support foot, a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; two anchor holes will be drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be drilled in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be bolted to the foot of each support, and the structure will be tied to the ground with steel dowels. This prevents wood from contacting water and ensures stable foot mounting. Gazebo anchors will be welded using a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) fillet weld on flanges that wrap around at least two sides of each leg. Six special screws will secure each leg to its anchor, and two dowel screws will attach the anchor to the ground. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish. Pressure Treatment: All wooden components will be pressure‑treated according to the applicable specifications.
