Product Features: • Vertically moving (axial) seesaw designed so that the maximum free‑fall height is 1250 mm (49.2 in). • The seat's maximum incline will be 20°. When measured in the balanced position, the seat height from the ground must not exceed 700 mm (27.6 in). • Footrests can be provided depending on the design, but they must be designed to prevent foot entrapment. • The seesaw seats will be made of rubber material with a minimum weight of 2 kg (4.4 lb). Electrostatic Powder Coating and Sandblasting: • All metal components will be sandblasted according to the standards listed below before painting, to remove rust, oil, weld spatter and other surface defects and to improve coating adhesion. • After sandblasting, the parts will be washed in a phosphate bath, dried, then coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder that protects the metal from solar heating, and finally cured in a 200–220 °C oven for 10 minutes. Fasteners: • All bolts, pins, and nuts used in the playground system will be galvanized. No protruding nuts or bolts will be present on any part of the play set.
