Product Features: The vertical (axial) seesaw is designed with a maximum free‑fall height of 1250 mm (49.2 in). The seat's maximum slope will be 20°. When measured in the balanced position, the seat height above ground must not exceed 700 mm (27.6 in). Footrest supports may be added as needed, but must be designed to prevent foot entrapment. The seesaw seats will be manufactured from polyethylene with a minimum weight of 2 kg (4.4 lb). Electrostatic powder coating and sandblasting: All metal components will undergo sandblasting according to the standards listed below to clean the surface before painting. Sandblasting improves paint adhesion and removes rust, oil, weld spatter, and other defects. After sandblasting, the parts will be washed and dried in a phosphate bath, then coated with a polyester‑based powder coating that prevents metal overheating in the electrostatic system. The coating will be cured in an oven at 200–220 °C for 10 minutes. Fasteners, nuts, and washers: All bolts, nuts, and washers used in the playground play set will be galvanized. No protruding nuts or bolts will be present on any part of the system.
