When measured in the balanced position, the seat height above ground must not exceed 700 mm (27.6 in). - Foot‑rest platforms can be provided as required, but they must be designed to prevent foot pinching. - The seesaw seats will be manufactured from rubber material with a minimum weight of 2 kg (4.4 lb) each. Electrostatic Powder Coating and Sandblasting - All metal components will undergo sandblasting according to the standards listed below to clean the surface before coating. Sandblasting removes rust, oil, weld spatter and other defects, and improves paint adhesion. - After sandblasting, the parts will be rinsed in a phosphating bath, dried, then coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder that prevents solar heating of the metal.
