Electrostatic Powder Coating Our products are manufactured in‑house with color options available. Electrostatic Powder Coating Details Electrostatic powder coating process: after sandblasting, oil removal, phosphate washing and drying, the parts are coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint to a thickness of 80‑110 µm. The sandblasting removes oil, dirt and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. The sandblasting is performed by propelling fine metal beads with compressed air into a pressure‑resistant cabinet. After sandblasting, the metal parts are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then cured in a furnace at 200‑220 °C for 30 minutes.
