Surface Coating (Electrostatic Powder Coating): - After sandblasting, degreasing, phosphate washing, and drying, the metal components are coated with an 80‑110 µm lead‑free polyester powder. - Sandblasting removes oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. The process uses fine metal beads propelled by pressurized air in a pressure‑resistant cabinet. - After coating, the parts are cured in a 200‑220 °C oven for 30 minutes. All products are manufactured in‑house with color options available.
