Standard‑size galvanized welded chain is used. The swing chain is corrosion‑resistant and highly weather‑proof. Maximum load capacity: 100 kg (220 lb). Connection clamps and hanging brackets are included. Can be mounted on soil or concrete foundations. Electrostatic powder coating process: after sandblasting, degreasing, and phosphate washing, the metal parts are coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint to a thickness of 80‑110 microns. Sandblasting removes oil, dirt, and rust, and creates a surface profile for better paint adhesion. The process uses fine metal beads propelled by compressed air inside a pressure‑resistant cabinet. After coating, the parts are cured in a furnace at 200‑220 °C for 30 minutes to complete the paint finish.
