Size: 310 x 180 x 220 cm (122 x 70.9 x 86.6 in) Polyethylene Products Low-density linear polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used in various products. It is a semi-permeable, pliable, and highly durable polymer, favored in industry for its low cost and high resistance. Polyethylene is classified into categories based on density and chemical properties. Its mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystal structure, and branching type. While properties vary, general attributes include good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene products are used to manufacture slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch paints used for coloring polyethylene must have a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher. Product wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) where the material is exposed to pressure and friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for barrier and shade components not subjected to pressure. Material distribution must be uniform, providing consistent thickness. Product wall thickness and dimensional tolerances are ±5%. Carrier Construction A minimum 114 mm (4.5 in) diameter steel tube with at least 2 mm (0.1 in) wall thickness, formed by cold shaping in accordance with TS EN 10219-2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards and welded by high‑frequency welding, will be used. Tubes will be sandblasted and coated with polyester‑based electrostatic powder paint in a furnace. Electrostatic Powder Coating All metal parts will be sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. Fine beads will be sprayed with paint using pressurized air to open pores and eliminate contaminants. After fabrication, metal components will be coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and cured in a 200‑220 °C oven for 20 minutes. Following this, parts will be rinsed in a 70 °C oil‑removal bath (5 % concentration) for 10 minutes, then immersed in a 50 °C iron bath (1 % concentration) for 15 minutes, rinsed again, and dried. Finally, the entire product will be powder‑coated with durable polyester paint and baked at 180‑200 °C for 20‑30 minutes. Welded areas will be painted as a single piece to prevent corrosion. These specifications ensure a robust, weather‑resistant playground structure.
