Size: 310 x 180 x 220 cm (122 x 70.9 x 86.6 in) Polyethylene Products Low-density linear polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used in various products. It is a semi-permeable, pliable, and highly durable polymer that is favored in industry due to its low cost and high resistance. Polyethylene is classified into categories based on density and chemical properties. Its mechanical characteristics depend on molecular weight, crystal structure, and branching type. Although properties vary by grade, general attributes include good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene products are used to manufacture slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, the masterbatch dyes used for coloring polyethylene must have a light fastness value of 6 or higher. The wall thickness of the product must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) where the material is subject to pressure or friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for components not exposed to pressure, such as barriers or shade structures. Material distribution must be uniform, providing consistent thickness. Dimensional tolerances for wall thickness and measurements are ±5 %. Carrier Construction The carrier construction consists of circular steel tubes with a minimum diameter of 114 mm (4.5 in) and a minimum wall thickness of 2 mm (0.1 in), cold‑formed in accordance with TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards, and welded by high‑frequency welding. Tubes are coated by sandblasting followed by a polyester‑based electrostatic powder‑coat. Electrostatic Powder Coating All metal parts are cleaned of oil, dirt, and rust by sandblasting, then a fine bead material is sprayed with pressurized air to create pores for better paint adhesion and to remove contaminants. After manufacturing, metal components are coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder and cured in a 200‑220 °C oven for 20 minutes. After fabrication, metal parts undergo a 10‑minute dip in a 70 °C, 5 % concentration degreasing bath, followed by a 15‑minute dip in a 50 °C, 1 % concentration iron bath. After rinsing and drying, the material is coated with a durable polyester‑based exterior powder paint and cured in a 180‑200 °C oven for 20‑30 minutes. Weld seams are fully painted after welding to prevent corrosion.
