• Wood Characteristics: The lumber used for production will be first‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Wood sections will be machined with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood properties include: - Knots: Up to four solid knots may appear per metre. Knot diameters will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, loose, partially fused, or fallen knots will be present. - Cracks: No ring cracks. Microscopic cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated conditions may produce head and length cracks, but only within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: Length will not exceed 10 cm (3.9 in) per metre, with at most one pocket per metre. No dripping or pulling resin will be present. - No inner bark, rot cavities, insect holes, or manufacturing defects; only deviations within the specified tolerances are allowed. - Deflection: Will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. - Impact marks: Will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. - Twist: Will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per metre of length. - Bending tolerance: Between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded clean of splinters. • Wood Carriers: Carrier legs will be fabricated from pine lumber measuring at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special blades and given a decorative motif. • Seating Unit: The seating unit has a seat width of 30 cm (11.8 in), length of 140 cm (55.1 in), and seat height of 45 cm (17.7 in). Its carrier components are also made from pine lumber at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special blades and decorated with a motif. The seating unit will be assembled using three wooden slats of at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) for the seat and two wooden slats of at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) for the backrest, fastened to the carrier wood parts with special galvanized screws. • Table: The tabletop measures 63 × 140 cm (24.8 x 55.1 in) and is constructed from pressure‑treated pine lumber of at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special blades and featuring an oval motif. The table legs are 75 cm (29.5 in) high, made from pine lumber at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), also cut with diamond‑tipped special blades and decorated with the same motif. • Impregnation: The components are pressure‑treated to ensure durability and resistance to environmental factors.
