Polyethylene Products: Low‑density linear polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used in a variety of applications. It is semi‑permeable, pliable, and highly durable, offering low cost and high resistance, making it popular in industry. Depending on density and chemical properties, it is classified into several categories. Mechanical properties vary with molecular weight, crystal structure, and branching type, but generally provide good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene is used to manufacture slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments used for coloring must have a light fastness rating of 6 or higher. The product edge thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) where the material is exposed to pressure or friction, and a minimum of 4 mm (0.2 in) for non‑load‑bearing barrier and shade components. Thickness tolerance is ±5 %. Carrier Construction: Minimum 114 mm (4.5 in) diameter, minimum 2 mm (0.1 in) edge thickness steel tubes manufactured to TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards by cold forming and welded by high‑frequency welding. Tubes are sandblasted and coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder finish. Electrostatic Powder Paint: All metal parts are sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. A fine‑ball coating is sprayed with compressed air to open pores and clean the metal. After coating, parts are baked at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. Following metal fabrication, components undergo a 10‑minute, 70 °C, 5 % alkaline wash, then a 15‑minute, 50 °C, 1 % acid dip, rinse, and drying. Finally, the entire product is powder‑coated with a durable polyester‑based outdoor finish and cured at 180–200 °C for 20–30 minutes. Welds are fully painted to prevent corrosion.
