It is semi‑permeable, flexible, and highly durable, offering low cost and excellent chemical resistance. For color stability, masterbatch pigments with a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher are required. Load‑bearing parts must have a minimum wall thickness of 6 mm (0.2 in), while non‑load‑bearing barriers and shade structures require at least 4 mm (0.2 in). Dimensional tolerances are ±5 %. Carrier Construction The supporting structure consists of steel tubes with a minimum diameter of 114 mm (4.5 in) and a wall thickness of at least 2 mm (0.1 in), cold‑formed in compliance with TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, and DIN 2394 standards. Tubes are welded with high‑frequency welding and coated with polyester‑based electrostatic powder paint. After fabrication, metal components undergo a degreasing wash at 70 °C (10 min), a phosphating dip at 50 °C (15 min), rinsing, drying, and a final powder‑coat cure at 180–200 °C for 20–30 min. Weld seams are fully painted to prevent corrosion.
