It is semi‑permeable, easily softened, and very durable. Because of its low cost and high resistance, it is widely preferred in industry. Polyethylene is categorized by density and chemical properties. Mechanical characteristics depend on molecular weight, crystal structure, and branching type. While properties vary by grade, the material generally offers good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, modest mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene components are used to manufacture slides, steps, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, and more. To prevent colour fading, masterbatch pigments used for colouring polyethylene must have a light‑fastness value of 6 or higher. The product wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) for parts subjected to pressure or friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for items used solely as barriers or shade structures. Material distribution must be even to achieve uniform thickness. Overall dimension tolerances are ±5%. CARRIER CONSTRUCTION The carrier structure consists of round‑section steel tubes formed by cold drawing in accordance with TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards. Tubes have a minimum diameter of 114 mm (4.5 in) and a minimum wall thickness of 2 mm (0.1 in), and are welded by high‑frequency methods within the specified tolerances. After sandblasting, the tubes are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic powder paint. ELECTROSTATIC POWDER COATING All metal parts are first sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. Fine steel shot is then blown onto the components to open micro‑pores. After cleaning, the parts are dipped in a 70 °C, 5 % degreasing bath for 10 minutes, followed by a 50 °C, 1 % iron‑pickling bath for 15 minutes. After thorough rinsing and drying, the components are sprayed with polyester‑based electrostatic powder and cured in a 200‑220 °C oven for 20 minutes. Finally, all welds are painted in a single coat to prevent corrosion.
