It is semi‑permeable, flexible, and highly durable, offering low cost and high resistance, making it popular in industry. Based on density and chemical properties, it is classified into different categories. Mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystal structure, and branching. General attributes include good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene components are used to manufacture slides, stairs, guardrails, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments used for coloring must have a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher. Product wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) for parts subject to pressure or friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for barriers and shading elements not exposed to pressure. Thickness tolerance is ±5%. Carrier Construction: Steel tubes with a minimum diameter of 114 mm (4.5 in) and a minimum wall thickness of 2 mm (0.1 in) are cold‑formed to TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards, welded by high‑frequency welding, and produced within the standard tolerance, size, and cross‑section range. These tubes are sandblasted and then coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder paint. Electrostatic Powder Coating: All metal components are sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. A fine steel shot is sprayed with pressurized air to open micro‑pores and clean the metal. After sandblasting, parts are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic powder and cured in a 200‑220 °C oven for 20 minutes. Post‑manufacture, metal parts undergo a 10‑minute, 70 °C, 5% oil‑removal bath, followed by a 15‑minute, 50 °C, 1% iron‑pickling bath, then rinsing and drying. Finally, the entire assembly is powder‑coated in a durable polyester finish and baked at 180‑200 °C for 20‑30 minutes. Weld seams are fully painted to prevent corrosion.
