Polyethylene Products: Linear low‑density polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used in many applications. It is semi‑permeable, flexible, and highly durable, offering low cost and high resistance, which makes it popular in industry. Based on density and chemical properties, polyethylene is classified into various categories. Its mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystal structure, and branching type. While specific properties vary, common traits include good resistance to outdoor and moisture conditions, flexibility, modest mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene is used to manufacture slides, stairs, guardrails, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments used for coloring must have a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher. Minimum wall thickness is 6 mm (0.2 in) for parts exposed to pressure or friction, and 4 mm (0.2 in) for components used only as barriers or shading. Thickness tolerance is ±5%. Carrier Construction: The supporting structure consists of circular‑section steel tubes with a minimum diameter of 114 mm (4.5 in) and a wall thickness of at least 2 mm (0.1 in), cold‑formed according to TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards, and welded by high‑frequency welding. Tubes are coated by sandblasting followed by a polyester‑based electrostatic powder‑coat. Electrostatic Powder Coating: All metal components are first sandblasted to remove oil, grime, and rust, creating a surface profile for better paint adhesion. A fine‑grain powder is then applied, and the parts are baked in a 200‑220 °C oven for 20 minutes. After welding, components undergo a 10‑minute, 70 °C, 5 % oil‑removal bath, followed by a 15‑minute, 50 °C, 1 % iron bath, then rinsing and drying. Finally, the entire metal assembly is coated with a durable polyester‑based powder finish and cured at 180‑200 °C for 20‑30 minutes. Weld seams are fully painted after welding to prevent corrosion.
