It is semi‑permeable, easily softened, and highly durable. Its low cost and high resistance make it popular in industry. Polyethylene is classified by density and chemical properties, and its mechanical characteristics depend on molecular weight, crystal structure, and branching type. Across all grades, it offers good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene components are used to manufacture slides, stairs, guardrails, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch dyes used for coloring polyethylene must have a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher. Product wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) for parts subjected to pressure or friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for barrier or shading components that are not pressure‑loaded. Material distribution must be uniform to achieve consistent thickness. Dimensional tolerances for thickness and measurements are ±5%. Carrier Construction Steel tubes with a minimum diameter of 114 mm (4.5 in) and a minimum wall thickness of 2 mm (0.1 in) are cold‑formed in accordance with TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards, welded by high‑frequency welding, and produced within the standard tolerances for size and cross‑section. The tubes are then painted using a polyester‑based electrostatic powder coating applied after sandblasting. Electrostatic Powder Coating All metal components are sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. The powder coating is applied by spraying fine metal beads with compressed air, followed by curing in a 200–220 °C oven for 20 minutes. After metal fabrication, parts undergo a 10‑minute, 70 °C, 5 % oil‑removal bath, then a 15‑minute, 50 °C, 1 % iron‑plate bath, followed by rinsing and drying. Finally, the entire assembly is painted as a single piece to prevent corrosion at weld joints.
