It is a partially permeable, soft‑able, highly durable polymer that, thanks to its low cost and high resistance, is heavily favored in industry. Polyethylene is categorized based on density and chemical properties. Its mechanical characteristics depend on molecular weight, crystal structure, and branching type. Although properties vary by type, the general attributes include good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene products are used in the production of slides, ladders, guardrails, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments used for coloring polyethylene must have a lightfastness test value of 6 or higher. The material thickness at points exposed to pressure and friction must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in); for barriers and shade structures not subjected to pressure, a minimum of 4 mm (0.2 in) is required. Material distribution must be uniform to ensure consistent thickness. Dimensional tolerance for product thickness and measurements is ±5%. Electrostatic Powder Coating All metal components will be prepared for painting by removing oil, dirt, and rust using sandblasting, which creates pores for better paint adhesion. Fine steel shot will be blown into a pressure‑resistant cabin with compressed air to open pores that will hold the paint and to clean the metal surface of oil, rust, and contaminants. After fabrication, all metal parts will be coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then baked in an oven at 200‑220 °C for 20 minutes to complete the coating process. Following manufacturing, metal components will first be rinsed in a 5 % degreasing bath at 70 °C for 10 minutes, then immersed in a 1 % iron bath at 50 °C for 15 minutes. After a final rinse and drying, the material will be coated with durable polyester‑based outdoor powder paint and baked in ovens at 180‑200 °C for 20‑30 minutes. To prevent corrosion at weld points, the entire product will be painted as a single piece after welding.
