Technical Specifications: Seating Area: 430 x 530 cm (169 x 209 in) Safety Area: 730 x 830 cm (287 x 327 in) Slide Connection Height: 150 cm (59.1 in) User Capacity: 3 User Age Group: +3 Carrier Construction: The carrier structure will be fabricated from cold‑formed steel tubes with a minimum outer diameter of 89 mm (3.5 in) and a wall thickness of at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in), conforming to TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards. The tubes will be welded by high‑frequency welding and produced within the standard tolerance, dimension, and cross‑section ranges. The steel tubes will be sand‑blasted and then painted with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder‑coat applied in a furnace. The upper ends of these tubes will be sealed with polyethylene caps that are fixed with at least two aluminum rivets in a semi‑spherical shape, injected to prevent water, moisture, and foreign material ingress. Vertical and horizontal sand‑blasted tubes of at least 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter will be joined at right angles using aluminum‑cast or injection‑molded polyamide connection elements. The lower sections of the carrier tubes will be welded to steel plate flanges measuring at least 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in). For installations on hard ground, the carrier tubes will be anchored to the ground with steel dowels (minimum 8 × 75 mm (0.3 x 3 in)) through 10 mm (0.4 in) holes in the plate flanges. For soil installations, an anchor system consisting of four galvanized M10 × 40 bolts welded to a 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) plate flange will be used on a sand‑blasted pipe (minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter, 2.5 mm (0.1 in) wall thickness, 200 mm (7.9 in) height). The carrier construction tubes will be a single continuous piece; no additional tubes, weld seams, or splices will be present. Platforms, railings, or clamps will not be welded directly to the carrier tubes. However, when mounting plastic‑coated or steel platforms, flanges with a minimum 5 mm (0.2 in) wall thickness may be welded to match the platform corners and bolt holes. CTP (CAM Fiber Reinforced Polyester) Products: CTP stands for “Cam Fiber Reinforced Plastic” in Turkish. CTP materials are used for slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. CTP is a composite made of unsaturated polyester reinforced with glass fiber, offering higher mechanical strength. It can replace wood, concrete, metal, glass, and other materials, and its properties can be tailored to the intended use. The material is resistant to climate changes, temperature variations, chlorinated water, and all chemicals, and it does not generate static electricity or conduct electricity. Glass fibers are woven into a fine, flexible fabric that is placed into a mold, combined with polyester resin and a catalyst, then cured through repeated layering. The resulting material is strong, lightweight, sandable, and paintable. A performance gel coat pigment containing an isophthalic/NPG‑based acrylic modifier and a UV‑stable accelerator allows the coating to withstand temperatures up to 215 °C without fatigue, cracking, or yellowing. Two coats of 0.80 µm film, each weighing 450 g/m² (single coat 600 g/m²), are applied over a 5 mm (0.2 in) fiber layer using CE‑92 N8 polyester for high mechanical resistance. No additional coloring will be applied after curing. Polyethylene Products: Low‑density linear polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used in various products. It is semi‑permeable, flexible, and highly durable, offering low cost and high resistance, making it popular in industry. Depending on molecular weight, crystallinity, and branching, polyethylene can be classified into different grades. Regardless of grade, it provides good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene is used for slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments with a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher are used. Product wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) for components exposed to pressure or friction, and a minimum of 4 mm (0.2 in) for barriers and shade structures not subject to load. Thickness tolerance is ±5%. Electrostatic Powder Coating: All metal parts will first be degreased and cleaned to remove oil, dirt, and rust by sandblasting, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. Fine metal beads are then sprayed with compressed air to open pores and eliminate contaminants before the powder coating is applied.
