Product Technical Specifications Seating Area 430 x 530 cm (169 x 209 in) Safety Area 730 x 830 cm (287 x 327 in) Slide Connection Height 150 cm (59.1 in) Number of Users 3 User Age Group +3 Carrier Construction The carrier construction will be made from cold‑formed steel tubes that meet TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards, with a minimum diameter of 89 mm (3.5 in) and wall thickness of 2.5 mm (0.1 in). The tubes will be welded by high‑frequency welding within standard tolerances, dimensions, and cross‑section ranges. After sandblasting, the tubes will be painted with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder‑coating in a furnace. The upper ends of these tubes will be sealed with polyethylene covers, each secured by at least two aluminum rivets shaped as half‑spheres, applied by injection molding to prevent water, moisture, and foreign material ingress. Vertical and horizontal sand‑blasted tubes (minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter) will be joined at right angles using aluminum‑cast or injection‑molded polyamide connection elements. The bottom of the carrier tubes will be welded to steel plate flanges measuring at least 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in). If the installation site has a hard ground, the steel tubes will be anchored to the ground with steel dowels (minimum 8 × 75 mm (0.3 x 3 in)) inserted through 10 mm (0.4 in) holes in the plate flanges. For soil installations, an anchorage system will be used: four galvanized M10 × 40 screws welded to a 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) plate flange, attached to a sand‑blasted tube (minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter, 2.5 mm (0.1 in) wall thickness) that stands at least 200 mm (7.9 in) high. The carrier tubes are supplied as single pieces; no tube additions, welds, or seam marks will be present. Platforms, railings, or clamps will not be welded directly to the carrier tubes. However, for plastic‑coated or steel platforms, flanges with a minimum wall thickness of 5 mm (0.2 in) can be welded to match the platform corners and holes. CTP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyester) Products CTP, a Turkish abbreviation for “Cam Elyaf Takviyeli Polyester,” is used in the production of slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. It is a composite material made of unsaturated polyester reinforced with glass fiber, offering higher physical strength than plain polyester. CTP behaves like wood, concrete, metal, or glass, and can be easily modified to meet various performance requirements, making it superior to other manufacturing materials. The material is resistant to climate conditions, temperature changes, chlorinated water, and all chemicals; it does not become electrically charged or conductive, making it a modern composite. Glass fibers are woven into a fine, flexible fabric that is placed in a mold, combined with polyester resin and a catalyst, and then cured layer by layer. The resulting material is strong, lightweight, and can be sanded and painted for a smooth finish. A performance gel coat pigment containing an isophthalic/NPG‑based acrylic modifier is applied in two layers (0.80 µm each) to form a film of 5 mm (0.2 in) thickness. This film, coated with 450 g/m² of a two‑coat layer and 600 g/m² of a single‑coat layer, incorporates a 5 mm (0.2 in) glass‑fiber layer processed with CE‑92 N8 polyester for high mechanical resistance. No additional coloring will be applied after production. Polyethylene Products Linear low‑density polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used in various products. It is semi‑permeable, flexible, and highly durable, offering low cost and high resistance, which makes it popular in industry. Polyethylene grades are classified based on density and chemical properties, influencing mechanical performance, molecular weight, crystal structure, and branching. Common characteristics include excellent resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and superior chemical resistance. Polyethylene is used for slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments with a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher must be used. The material thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) in areas exposed to pressure and friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for barrier or shading components that are not load‑bearing. Thickness tolerances are ±5%. Electrostatic Powder Coat Paint All metal components will be sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface that improves paint adhesion. Fine metal beads will be sprayed with pressurized air to open pores and clean the metal surface, preparing it for coating.

What you gain as a reseller

One invoice, many suppliers

Combine products from different suppliers into a single order instead of corresponding with each one separately.

Live stock, prices on request

The catalogue is refreshed from the source regularly — the list in your hands does not go stale.

Shipping already handled

Transport for your order is planned under the same roof; you do not source the goods in one place and the freight in another.
