Technical Specifications Seating Area: 530 × 550 cm (209 x 217 in) Safety Area: 830 × 850 cm (327 x 335 in) Slide Connection Height: 150 cm (59.1 in) User Capacity: 3 Age Group: 3+ Carrier Construction The carrier framework will be fabricated from cold‑formed steel tubes with a minimum diameter of 89 mm (3.5 in) and a wall thickness of at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in), conforming to TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards. Tubes will be welded by high‑frequency welding and produced within the standard tolerance, dimension, and cross‑section ranges. After sandblasting, the tubes will be coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder‑coated finish. The upper portions of these tubes will be sealed with polyethylene caps that are fastened with a minimum of two aluminum rivets, forming half‑sphere shapes to prevent water, moisture, and foreign material ingress. Vertical and horizontal sandblasted tubes (minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter) will be joined at right angles using aluminum‑cast or injection‑molded polyamide connection elements. The lower ends of the carrier tubes will be welded to steel plate flanges measuring at least 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in). If the installation area has a hard ground, the carrier tubes will be fixed to the floor with steel anchors (minimum 8 × 75 mm (0.3 x 3 in)) inserted through at least 10 mm (0.4 in) holes in the plate flanges. For soil foundations, an anchoring system consisting of four galvanized M10 × 40 mm (0.4 x 1.6 in) bolts welded to a 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) plate flange will be used on a sand‑blasted tube (minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter, 2.5 mm (0.1 in) wall thickness) that is at least 200 mm (7.9 in) tall. The carrier tubes are supplied as single pieces; no additional tubing, welding seams, or pipe joints will be present. Platforms, guardrails, or clamps will not be directly welded to the carrier tubes. However, for the installation of plastic‑covered or steel platforms, flanges with a minimum 5 mm (0.2 in) wall thickness may be welded in accordance with the platform corner geometry and hole pattern. CTP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyester) Products CTP, a Turkish acronym for “Cam Elyafi Takviyeli Polyester,” is used in the production of slides, stairs, guardrails, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. The material is a composite made from unsaturated polyester reinforced with glass fiber, which increases its mechanical strength. It offers superior performance compared to wood, concrete, metal, or glass, as its properties can be easily tailored to the specific application. The composite is resistant to climate changes, temperature variations, chlorinated water, and all typical chemicals. It does not generate static electricity or conduct electricity, making it a modern, durable material. Glass fibers are woven into a fine, flexible fabric that is placed into a mold, combined with polyester resin and a catalyst, and then cured layer by layer. The resulting material is strong, lightweight, sandable, and paintable. A high‑performance acrylic‑based gelcoat containing iso‑phthalate/NPG modifiers provides excellent resistance to heat (up to 215 °C), fatigue, cracking, yellowing, fading, and matting. Two‑coat films of 0.80 µm thickness are applied, delivering 450 g/m² for the two‑coat layer and 600 g/m² for a single‑coat layer, followed by a 5 mm (0.2 in) fiber layer using CE 92 N8 polyester for high mechanical durability. No post‑coloring will be performed. Polyethylene Products Low‑density or linear low‑density polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used in various products. It is semi‑permeable, flexible, and highly durable, offering low cost and high resistance, which makes it popular in industry. Depending on molecular weight, crystalline structure, and branching, its mechanical properties vary, but it consistently provides good resistance to outdoor conditions, moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene is employed in the manufacture of slides, stairs, guardrails, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments with a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher are required. Material thickness: a minimum of 6 mm (0.2 in) for components exposed to pressure and friction, and a minimum of 4 mm (0.2 in) for non‑load‑bearing barriers and shading elements. Thickness tolerance is ±5%. Electrostatic Powder Coating All metal parts will be prepared by sandblasting to remove oil, grease, and rust, creating a porous surface that enhances paint adhesion. The powder coating process uses fine metallic beads propelled by pressurized air to open microscopic pores, ensuring optimal paint uptake and thorough cleaning of oil, rust, and dirt from the metal surfaces.
