The tubes are cold‑formed, welded with high‑frequency welding, and produced within standard tolerances, dimensions, and cross‑section ranges. After sandblasting, the tubes are painted with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder coating. The upper sections of these tubes are sealed with polyethylene caps that are fixed with a minimum of two aluminum rivets, forming half‑sphere shapes to prevent water, moisture, and foreign matter from entering. Vertical and horizontal sand‑blasted tubes (minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter) are joined at right angles using aluminum‑cast or injection‑molded polyamide connection elements. The lower sections of the carrier tubes are welded to steel plate flanges measuring at least 150 x 150 x 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in). For installation on hard ground, the carrier tubes are anchored to the ground with steel dowels (minimum 8 x 75 mm (0.3 x 3 in)) inserted through at least 10 mm (0.4 in) holes in the plate flanges. For soil installation, an anchorage system comprised of four galvanized M10 x 40 screws welded to a 150 x 150 x 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) plate flange is used on a sand‑blasted tube (minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter, 2.5 mm (0.1 in) wall thickness) fixed at a minimum height of 200 mm (7.9 in). The carrier tubes are supplied as single pieces with no added sections, welds, or seam lines. Platforms, guardrails, or brackets are not welded directly to the carrier tubes; however, flanges (minimum 5 mm (0.2 in) wall thickness) can be welded to accommodate the attachment of plastic‑coated or steel platforms, provided they match the platform corners and hole layout. CTP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyester) Products CTP stands for "Cam Elyaf Takviyeli Polyester" (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyester) and is used for slides, stairs, guardrails, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. CTP is a composite material made from unsaturated polyester reinforced with glass fiber, offering increased mechanical strength. It is resistant to climatic conditions, temperature fluctuations, chlorinated water, and a wide range of chemicals, and it does not become electrically conductive. The material consists of fine glass fibers woven into a thin, flexible fabric that is placed in a mold, combined with polyester resin and a catalyst, and then cured through multiple layers. The resulting product is strong, lightweight, sandable, and paintable. The polyester matrix is modified with an isophthalic/NPG‑based acrylic accelerator, allowing the finish film (two coats, 0.80 µm thick) to withstand temperatures up to 215 °C without fatigue, cracking, or discoloration. The film incorporates a high‑performance gel coat pigment and is applied over a 5 mm (0.2 in) thick glass fiber layer using a CE 92 N8 polyester resin, providing excellent mechanical durability. No post‑coloring is performed. Polyethylene Products Low‑density or linear low‑density polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used in various components such as slides, stairs, guardrails, barriers, accessories, and roofs. It is semi‑permeable, flexible, and highly durable, offering low cost and high resistance to chemicals. Depending on molecular weight, crystalline structure, and branching, the material exhibits good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and superior chemical resistance. Polyethylene products are used for slides, stairs, guardrails, barriers, accessories, and roofs. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments with a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher are required. The wall thickness of the product must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) for components subjected to pressure and abrasion, and a minimum of 4 mm (0.2 in) for non‑structural barrier or shading elements. Material distribution must be uniform, and the dimensional tolerance is ±5%. Electrostatic Powder Coating All metal parts are sandblasted to remove oil, grease, and rust, creating a porous surface that enhances paint adhesion. A fine steel shot is then propelled with compressed air to open micro‑pores, ensuring optimal coating adherence and removal of contaminants before the powder coating is applied.
