Product Technical Specifications: Seating Area: 530 × 830 cm (209 x 327 in) Safety Area: 830 × 1130 cm (327 x 445 in) Slide Connection Height: 100 cm (39.4 in) – 150 cm (59.1 in) Maximum Users: 3 User Age Group: 3+ Carrier Construction: Steel tubes with a minimum diameter of 89 mm (3.5 in) and a wall thickness of at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in), compliant with TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards, are cold‑formed and welded by high‑frequency welding. The tubes are produced within the standard tolerance, dimension, and cross‑section ranges. These steel tubes are sand‑blasted and then coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder‑coat in a furnace. The upper ends of the tubes are sealed with polyethylene caps that are fixed with a minimum of two aluminum rivets, forming a half‑sphere to prevent water, moisture, and foreign material ingress. Vertical and horizontal tubes (minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter) are joined at right angles using aluminum‑cast or injection‑molded polyamide connection elements. The lower ends of the carrier tubes are welded to steel plate flanges sized at least 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in). If the installation surface is a hard ground, the carrier tubes are secured to the ground with steel dowels (minimum 8 × 75 mm (0.3 x 3 in)) inserted through at least 10 mm (0.4 in) holes in the plate flanges. For soil installations, an anchoring system is used consisting of four galvanized M10 × 40 screws welded to a plate flange (minimum 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in)) mounted on a sand‑blasted tube of at least 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter, 2.5 mm (0.1 in) wall thickness, and 200 mm (7.9 in) height. All carrier tubes are supplied as single pieces; no additional tube sections, weld beads, or seams are present. Platforms, guardrails, or clamps are not welded directly to the carrier tubes. However, if plastic‑coated or steel platforms are to be installed, flanges can be welded to accommodate a minimum 5 mm (0.2 in) wall thickness and the platform’s corner and hole geometry. CTP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyester) Products: CTP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic) is a composite material made from unsaturated polyester reinforced with glass fibers, offering increased mechanical strength. It can be used for slides, stairs, guardrails, barriers, accessories, roofing, and similar applications. The material is resistant to climate variations, temperature changes, chlorinated water, and all common chemicals, and it does not become electrically conductive. Each glass fiber is woven into a fine, flexible fabric that is placed into a mold along with polyester resin and a catalyst. The fabric‑resin layers are built up and cured, resulting in a strong yet lightweight composite that can be sanded and painted for a smooth finish. A performance gel coat containing an isophthalate/NPG‑based acrylic modifier provides excellent resistance to heat (up to 215 °C), fatigue, cracking, discoloration, fading, and gloss loss. Two coats are applied to achieve a film thickness of 0.80 µm, with a coating weight of 450 g/m² for the base layer and 600 g/m² for the top layer. The final fiber layer, 5 mm (0.2 in) thick, is processed with a high‑mechanical‑resistance CE 92 N8 polyester resin. No further coloring is performed. Polyethylene Products: Low‑density linear polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used in various products. It is semi‑permeable, flexible, and highly durable, offering low cost and high resistance to chemicals. Depending on density and chemical composition, LLDPE is categorized for different applications. It is widely used for slides, stairs, guardrails, barriers, accessories, roofing, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments with a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher are used. The material thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) in areas exposed to pressure and abrasion, and a minimum of 4 mm (0.2 in) for non‑load‑bearing barrier or shade components. Thickness tolerance is ±5%. Electrostatic Powder‑Coat Process: All metallic components are sand‑blasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface that improves paint adhesion. Fine metal beads are sprayed with pressurized air to open pores and clean the surface before coating. All metal parts are fabricated accordingly.
