Product Technical Features Seating Area: 530 x 830 cm (209 x 327 in) Safety Area: 830 x 1130 cm (327 x 445 in) Slide Connection Height: 100 cm (39.4 in) – 150 cm (59.1 in) User Capacity: 3 User Age Group: 3+ years Carrier Construction The carrier structure will be fabricated from circular steel tubes with a minimum diameter of 89 mm (3.5 in) and a wall thickness of at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in), conforming to TS EN 10219-2, TS-6476, DIN 2394 standards. Tubes are cold-formed, welded by high‑frequency welding, and produced within the standard tolerance, dimension, and cross‑section ranges. After sandblasting, the tubes are painted with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder‑coat applied in a furnace. The upper ends of these tubes are sealed with polyethylene caps fastened by at least two aluminum rivets shaped as half‑spheres, preventing water, moisture, and foreign material ingress. Vertical and horizontal sand‑blasted tubes (minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter) are connected at right angles using aluminum‑cast or injection‑molded polyamide connectors. The lower sections of the carrier tubes are joined by welded sheet metal flanges measuring at least 150 x 150 x 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in). For installations on hard ground, the carrier tubes are fixed to the ground with steel dowels (minimum 8 × 75 mm (0.3 x 3 in)) inserted into 10 mm (0.4 in) holes in the flanges. For soil installations, an anchorage system uses four galvanized M10 x 40 bolts welded to sheet metal flanges (minimum 150 x 150 x 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in)) attached to sand‑blasted tubes (minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter, 2.5 mm (0.1 in) wall thickness) standing at least 200 mm (7.9 in) high. The carrier tubes are continuous pieces; no tube additions, weld seams, or stitching marks are allowed. Platforms, guardrails, or clamps are not welded directly to the carrier tubes. However, for mounting plastic‑coated or sheet metal platforms, flanges can be welded where the platform corners and holes allow, provided the tube wall thickness is at least 5 mm (0.2 in). CTP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyester) Products CTP stands for "Cam Elyaf Takviyeli Polyester" in Turkish. CTP materials are used for slides, stairs, guardrails, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. Reinforced with glass fiber, CTP is a composite of unsaturated polyester whose physical strength values are increased. It serves as an alternative to wood, concrete, metal, glass, and other manufacturing materials, offering easy customization of properties for specific applications. CTP is climate‑resistant, tolerant to temperature changes, chlorine‑treated water, and all chemicals. It does not generate static electricity or conduct electricity, making it a modern composite material. The glass fibers are woven into a fine, flexible fabric that is placed in a mold, combined with polyester resin and a catalyst, then layered and cured. The resulting material is strong, lightweight, sand‑able, and paintable, providing a smooth surface. A performance gel coat pigment containing isophthalic/NPG‑based acrylic modifiers is applied in two coats, each 0.80 µm thick, creating a film with 450 g/m² (two‑coat) and 600 g/m² (single‑coat) on a 5 mm (0.2 in) thick fiber layer. This layer is produced from CE‑92 N8 polyester resin, offering high mechanical resistance for general CTP applications. No post‑coloring is performed. Polyethylene Products Low‑density or linear low‑density polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used in various products. It is semi‑permeable, pliable, and highly durable, with low cost and high resistance, making it popular in industry. Based on density and chemical properties, it is classified into different grades. Mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystalline structure, and branching. Regardless of grade, polyethylene offers good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene is used for slides, stairs, guardrails, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments with a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher are required. Product wall thickness: a minimum of 6 mm (0.2 in) for parts subjected to pressure or friction, and a minimum of 4 mm (0.2 in) for barriers and shade structures not subjected to load. Thickness must be uniform, with a dimensional tolerance of ±5%. Electrostatic Powder‑Coat Paint All metal components are sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface that improves paint adhesion. A fine‑ball coating is applied by spraying under pressure, opening pores and removing contaminants before painting. This prepares the metal parts for coating.
