Product Technical Features Seating Area: 430 x 810 cm (169 x 319 in) Safety Area: 730 x 1110 cm (287 x 437 in) Slide Connection Height: 100 cm (39.4 in) – 150 cm (59.1 in) User Capacity: 3 User Age Group: +3 Carrier Construction The carrier construction consists of round steel tubes with a minimum diameter of 89 mm (3.5 in) and wall thickness of at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in), cold‑formed to TS EN 10219-2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards and welded by high‑frequency welding. The tubes are painted by a sandblasting‑over‑polyester electro‑static powder‑coat furnace process. The upper portion of each tube is sealed with polyethylene caps secured with at least two aluminum rivets shaped as half‑spheres to prevent water, moisture and foreign material ingress. Vertical and horizontal tubes (minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter) are joined at right angles using aluminum‑cast or injection‑moulded polyamide connection elements. The lower ends of the carrier tubes are welded to steel plate flanges of at least 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in). For installations on hard ground, the tubes are fixed to the ground with steel expansion bolts (minimum 8 × 75 mm (0.3 x 3 in)) through 10 mm (0.4 in) holes in the flanges. For soil installations, an anchorage system consisting of four galvanized M10 × 40 screws welded to a 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) plate is used on a 200 mm (7.9 in)‑high, 89 mm (3.5 in)‑diameter sandblasted tube. The carrier tubes are supplied as single pieces with no added sections, weld seams or stitching marks. Platforms, railings or clamps are not welded directly to the carrier tubes; however, plate or plastic‑coated platforms can be mounted using flanges of at least 5 mm (0.2 in) wall thickness, matching the platform corners and bolt pattern. CTP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyester) Products CTP, a Turkish abbreviation for “Cam Elyaf Takviyeli Polyester,” is used for slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. It is a composite material made of unsaturated polyester reinforced with glass fiber, offering higher mechanical strength than plain polyester. The material is climate‑resistant, tolerant to temperature changes, chlorinated water, and a wide range of chemicals, and does not become electrically charged. The CTP process involves weaving fine glass fibers into a cloth that is placed in a mold, saturated with polyester resin and a catalyst, and then layered and cured. The resulting material is strong, lightweight, sandable and paintable, providing a smooth surface. A performance gelcoat containing an isophthalic/NPG‑based acrylic modifier and UV‑stable pigments is applied in two coats (0.80 µm each) to achieve a 5 mm (0.2 in)‑thick fiber layer using CE 92 N8 polyester resin with 450 g/m² (dual‑coat) or 600 g/m² (single‑coat) coverage. No post‑production coloring is performed. Polyethylene Products Low‑density linear polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used in various components such as slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, and roofs. It is semi‑permeable, flexible, and highly durable, offering low cost and high resistance to chemicals. Depending on molecular weight, crystallinity and branching, polyethylene grades vary but generally provide excellent resistance to outdoor conditions, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and superior chemical resistance. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments with a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher are used. Product wall thickness is a minimum of 6 mm (0.2 in) for parts subject to pressure or friction, and a minimum of 4 mm (0.2 in) for barriers and shading elements not exposed to load. Thickness tolerance is ±5 %. Electrostatic Powder‑Coating All metal components are sandblasted to remove oil, dirt and rust, creating a porous surface for optimal powder adhesion. A fine metal bead is sprayed with compressed air to open micro‑pores and remove contaminants before applying the powder coat.
