Pipes will be painted in a powder‑coat furnace after sandblasting with a polyester‑based electrostatic coating. The upper portions of these pipes will be sealed with polyethylene caps fixed by a minimum of two aluminum rivets in a hemispherical shape, molded by injection to prevent water, moisture and foreign material entry. Vertical and horizontal sandblasted pipes of at least 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter will be connected at right angles using aluminum‑cast or injection‑molded polyamide connection elements. The lower sections of the carrier pipes will be joined by welded steel plate flanges measuring at least 150 x 150 x 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in). If the installation area has hard ground, the carrier pipes will be anchored to the ground with steel dowels (minimum 8 × 75 mm (0.3 x 3 in)) inserted through at least 10 mm (0.4 in) holes in the plate flanges. For soil installation, an anchorage system consisting of four galvanized M10×40 bolts welded to a 150 x 150 x 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) steel plate flange will be used on a sandblasted pipe of at least 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter and 2.5 mm (0.1 in) wall thickness, mounted at a minimum height of 200 mm (7.9 in). The carrier construction pipes are supplied as single pieces with no additional pipe sections, welds, or seam marks. Platforms, guardrails or clamps will not be welded directly to the carrier pipes. However, flanges with a minimum 5 mm (0.2 in) wall thickness may be welded to accommodate the installation of plastic‑coated or steel platforms, provided they match the corner profile and holes of the platform. CTP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyester) Products CTP stands for "Cam Elyaf Takviyeli Polyester" (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyester) in Turkish. CTP products are used in the manufacturing of slides, stairs, guardrails, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. CTP is a composite material made from unsaturated polyester reinforced with glass fiber, offering increased mechanical strength. It can replace traditional materials such as wood, concrete, metal or glass, providing easy customization of properties for specific applications. The material is resistant to climatic conditions, temperature variations, chlorine‑containing water, and all chemical agents. It does not generate static electricity or conductivity, making it a modern composite. Glass fibers are woven into fine, flexible fabrics that are placed into molds, combined with polyester resin and a catalyst, then layered and cured. The resulting material is strong, lightweight, smooth, sandable, and paintable. A performance gel coat containing an isophthalic/NPG‑based acrylic modifier provides excellent resistance to heat up to 215 °C, fatigue, cracking, yellowing, fading and matting. Two‑coat films of 0.80 µm thickness with a weight of 450 g/m² (double coat) and 600 g/m² (single coat) are applied over a 5 mm (0.2 in) fibrous layer produced from CE‑92 N8 polyester, delivering high mechanical durability. No post‑coloring will be performed. Polyethylene Products Low‑ or linear‑density polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used in various products. It is semi‑permeable, pliable, and highly durable, offering low cost and high resistance, making it popular in industry. Polyethylene grades are classified based on density and chemical properties. Mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystallinity and branching. While properties vary, the material generally offers excellent resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and superior chemical resistance. Polyethylene is used for slides, stairs, guardrails, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments used for coloring polyethylene must have a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher. Product wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) for components exposed to pressure and friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for barriers and shade structures not subject to load. Material distribution must be uniform, with a dimensional tolerance of ±5 %. Electrostatic Powder Coat Painting All metal components will be blast‑cleaned to remove oil, dirt and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. Fine steel beads will be propelled with compressed air to open pores and eliminate contaminants before applying the powder coating. All metal parts are fabricated according to these processes.
