Product Technical Specifications Seating Area 590 x 720 cm (232 x 283 in) Safety Area 890 x 1020 cm (350 x 402 in) Slide Connection Height 100 cm (39.4 in) – 150 cm (59.1 in) User Capacity 3 Age Group 3+ Carrier Construction The carrier construction will be fabricated from cold‑formed steel tubes with a minimum diameter of 89 mm (3.5 in) and a wall thickness of at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in), conforming to TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards, and welded by high‑frequency welding. Tubes will be produced within the standard dimensional tolerances and cross‑section ranges. The steel tubes will be sand‑blasted and then painted in a polyester‑based electrostatic powder‑coat oven. The upper ends of these tubes will be sealed with polyethylene caps that are fastened with at least two aluminum rivets shaped as half‑spheres, applied by injection molding to prevent water, moisture, and foreign material ingress. Vertical and horizontal sand‑blasted tubes of minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter will be joined at right angles using aluminum‑cast or injection‑molded polyamide connection elements. The lower ends of the carrier tubes will be welded to steel plate flanges measuring at least 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in). For installations on hard ground, the tubes will be anchored to the foundation with steel dowels of 8 × 75 mm (0.3 x 3 in) inserted through 10 mm (0.4 in) holes in the plate flanges. For soil installations, an anchorage system consisting of four galvanized M10 × 40 mm (0.4 x 1.6 in) bolts welded to a 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) steel plate flange will be used on a sand‑blasted tube of at least 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter and 2.5 mm (0.1 in) wall thickness, positioned 200 mm (7.9 in) above ground. The carrier tubes are supplied as single pieces; no additional tubes, weld seams, or splice marks will be present. Platforms, guardrails or clamps will not be welded directly to the carrier tubes. However, for plastic‑coated or steel platforms, flanges with a minimum 5 mm (0.2 in) wall thickness may be welded to accommodate the platform corners and mounting holes. CTP (CAM FIBER REINFORCED POLYESTER) PRODUCTS CTP stands for “Cam Elyaf Takviyeli Polyester,” a Turkish abbreviation. CTP materials are used for slides, stairs, guardrails, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. CTP is a composite made from unsaturated polyester reinforced with glass fiber, providing increased mechanical strength. It can serve as an alternative to wood, concrete, metal, glass, and other materials, offering easy customization of properties to suit specific applications. The material is resistant to climatic variations, temperature changes, chlorinated water, and all chemicals, and it does not become electrically charged or conductive, making it a modern composite solution. Glass fibers are woven into a fine, flexible fabric that is placed in a mold, combined with polyester resin and a catalyst, then cured layer by layer. The resulting composite is strong, lightweight, smooth, and can be sanded and painted. A performance gel coat pigment containing isophthalic/NPG‑based acrylic modifiers provides UV‑stable, heat‑resistant protection up to 215 °C, preventing yellowing, fading, and gloss loss. Two‑coat films of 0.80 µm thickness are applied, delivering 450 g/m² for the two‑coat layer and 600 g/m² for the single‑coat layer, followed by a 5 mm (0.2 in) fiber mat made from CE‑92 N8 polyester with high mechanical resistance. No post‑coloring will be performed. Polyethylene Products Low‑density or linear low‑density polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used in various products. It is semi‑permeable, flexible, and very durable, offering low cost and high resistance, which makes it popular in industry. Polyethylene grades are classified according to density and chemical characteristics. Mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystal structure, and branching. Regardless of grade, polyethylene provides good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, modest mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene is used for slides, stairs, guardrails, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments used for coloring polyethylene must have a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher. Product wall thickness shall be a minimum of 6 mm (0.2 in) for components subjected to pressure and friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for barriers and shading elements not exposed to load. Material distribution must be uniform, and thickness tolerance is ±5 %. Electrostatic Powder‑Coat Paint All metal parts will be grit‑blasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface that improves paint adhesion. Fine metal beads will be sprayed with pressurized air to open additional pores and eliminate contaminants, preparing the parts for painting.
