Product Technical Features Seating Area 760 x 880 cm (299 x 346 in) Safety Area 1060 x 1180 cm (417 x 465 in) Slide Connection Height 100 cm (39.4 in) – 150 cm (59.1 in) – 200 cm (78.7 in) User Capacity 3 User Age Group +3 Carrier Construction Minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter steel tubes with a wall thickness of at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in), conforming to TS EN 10219-2, TS-6476, DIN 2394 standards, cold‑formed and welded by high‑frequency welding. Tubes are fabricated within standard tolerances, dimensions and cross‑section ranges. The steel tubes are sand‑blasted and painted with a polyester‑based electro‑static powder coat. The upper sections of these tubes are sealed with polyethylene caps fastened by at least two half‑sphere‑shaped aluminum rivets applied by injection molding to prevent water, moisture and foreign material ingress. Vertical and horizontal sand‑blasted tubes (minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter) are joined at right angles using aluminum‑cast or injection‑molded polyamide connection elements. The lower sections of the carrier tubes are welded to sheet‑metal flanges measuring at least 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in). For installation on hard ground, the tubes are anchored with steel dowels (minimum 8 × 75 mm (0.3 x 3 in)) inserted through 10 mm (0.4 in) holes in the flanges. For soil installation, an anchorage system comprising four galvanized M10 × 40 bolts welded to sheet‑metal flanges (150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in)) is used on sand‑blasted tubes placed at a height of at least 200 mm (7.9 in). All carrier tubes are single‑piece; no additional pipe sections, welds, or seam marks are permitted. Platforms, railings or clamps are not welded directly to the carrier tubes. However, flanges may be welded to accommodate the installation of plastic‑coated or sheet‑metal platforms, provided the flange thickness is at least 5 mm (0.2 in) and matches the platform’s corner geometry and hole pattern. CTP (CAM Fiber Reinforced Polyester) Products CTP (Cam Fiber Reinforced Plastic) is a Turkish abbreviation for “Cam Elyafi Takviyeli Polyester.” CTP materials are used for slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. Reinforced with glass fiber, CTP is a composite made from unsaturated polyester whose physical strength values are increased. It offers superior adaptability compared to wood, concrete, metal or glass, allowing easy modification of properties for specific applications. The material is resistant to climate conditions, temperature fluctuations, chlorine‑containing water, and all chemicals. It does not become electrically charged or conductive, making it a modern composite. Glass fibers form a fine, flexible fabric that is placed in a mold with polyester resin and a catalyst. The resulting composite is strong, lightweight, sandable, and paintable. A performance‑grade acrylic‑modified gelcoat containing Isoftalic/NPG resin provides UV‑stable coloration up to 215 °C, resisting yellowing, fading, and matting. Two‑coat films (0.80 µm thick) with 450 g/m² (dual‑coat) and 600 g/m² (single‑coat) are applied, followed by a 5 mm (0.2 in) fiber layer using CE 92 N8 polyester for high mechanical resistance. No post‑coloring is applied. Polyethylene Products Low‑density or linear low‑density polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used in various products. It is semi‑permeable, flexible, and highly durable, offering low cost and high resistance, making it popular in industry. Depending on molecular weight, crystalline structure, and branching, polyethylene grades differ, but they all exhibit good resistance to outdoor conditions, moisture, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene is used for slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments used must have a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher. Material wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) for components exposed to pressure and wear, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for barriers and shading elements that are not load‑bearing. Thickness tolerances are ±5%. Electrostatic Powder Coating All metal parts are prepared by sandblasting to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. Fine steel beads are propelled with compressed air to open pores and clean the metal surface before coating.
