Product Technical Features: Seating Area: 760 x 880 cm (299 x 346 in) Safety Area: 1060 x 1180 cm (417 x 465 in) Slide Connection Height: 100 cm (39.4 in) – 150 cm (59.1 in) – 200 cm (78.7 in) User Capacity: 3 User Age Group: +3 Carrier Construction: The load‑bearing structure will be fabricated from cold‑formed steel tubes with a minimum diameter of 89 mm (3.5 in) and a wall thickness of 2.5 mm (0.1 in), complying with TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, and DIN 2394 standards. Tubes will be welded using high‑frequency welding and produced within the standard tolerance, dimension, and cross‑section ranges. After sandblasting, the tubes will be coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder‑coat applied in a furnace. The upper sections of these tubes will be sealed with polyethylene caps secured by at least two half‑sphere‑shaped aluminum rivets, injected to prevent water, moisture, and foreign material ingress. Vertical and horizontal sandblasted tubes (minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter) will be joined at right angles using aluminum‑cast or injection‑molded polyamide connection elements. The lower sections of the load‑bearing tubes will be welded to steel plate flanges sized at least 150 x 150 x 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in). For installations on hard ground, the tubes will be anchored with steel expansion bolts (minimum 8 × 75 mm (0.3 x 3 in)) through 10 mm (0.4 in) holes in the flanges. For soil installations, an anchorage system consisting of four galvanized M10 × 40 mm (0.4 x 1.6 in) bolts welded to a 150 x 150 x 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) plate will be used on a sand‑blasted tube of at least 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter and 2.5 mm (0.1 in) wall thickness, mounted at a minimum height of 200 mm (7.9 in). All carrier tubes are supplied as single pieces; no additional tubing, welding seams, or tube joints are permitted. Platforms, guardrails, or clamps will not be directly welded to the carrier tubes. However, flanges may be welded to accommodate the installation of plastic‑coated or steel platforms, provided there is at least 5 mm (0.2 in) wall thickness at the mounting point. CTP (CAM FIBER‑REINFORCED POLYESTER) PRODUCTS: CTP stands for "Cam Elyaf Takviyeli Polyester" (Glass‑Fiber‑Reinforced Polyester). CTP is used for slides, stairs, guardrails, barriers, accessories, roofs, and similar components. It is a composite material made from unsaturated polyester reinforced with glass fibers, offering enhanced mechanical strength. CTP is a modern composite that resists climatic conditions, temperature variations, chlorinated water, and a wide range of chemicals, and it does not become electrically conductive. The glass fibers are woven into a fine, flexible fabric that is placed into a mold, combined with polyester resin and a catalyst, and then cured through repeated layering. The resulting material is strong, lightweight, and can be sanded and painted for a smooth finish. A performance gel coat pigment containing an isophthalic/NPG‑based acrylic modifier provides UV resistance, color stability, and durability up to 215 °C, forming a two‑coat film (0.80 µm thick) with a weight of 450 g/m² for the base coat and 600 g/m² for the top coat. The final 5 mm (0.2 in) thick fiber layer is processed with a high‑mechanical‑resistance CE 92 N8 polyester resin. No post‑coloring is applied. Polyethylene Products: Low‑density linear polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used in various components such as slides, stairs, guardrails, barriers, accessories, and roofs. It is semi‑permeable, flexible, and highly durable, offering low cost and excellent resistance to chemicals and environmental conditions. Polyethylene grades are classified based on density and chemical properties, with typical characteristics including good resistance to moisture, flexibility, moderate mechanical strength, and superior chemical resistance. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments with a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher are used. Product wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) for areas subjected to pressure or friction, and a minimum of 4 mm (0.2 in) for non‑load‑bearing barriers and shading elements. Thickness tolerances are ±5%. Electrostatic Powder Coat Paint: All metal components will be sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface that improves paint adhesion. Fine steel beads are then propelled with pressurized air to open micro‑pores, ensuring optimal paint uptake and removal of contaminants.
