The upper part of these tubes will be sealed with polyethylene caps fastened by at least two aluminum rivets in a half‑sphere shape to prevent water, moisture, and foreign material ingress. Vertical and horizontal tubes of minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter will be joined at right angles using aluminum‑cast or injection‑molded polyamide connection elements. The lower part of the carrier tubes will be welded to a steel plate flange of minimum 150 x 150 x 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in). If the installation surface is a hard ground, the carrier tubes will be anchored to the ground with steel dowels (minimum 8 x 75 mm (0.3 x 3 in)) inserted through at least 10 mm (0.4 in) holes in the plate flanges. For soil installation, an anchorage system consisting of four galvanized M10 x 40 bolts welded to a plate flange of minimum 150 x 150 x 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) will be used on a sandblasted tube of minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter and 2.5 mm (0.1 in) wall thickness, raised at least 200 mm (7.9 in) above ground. Carrier construction tubes are single pieces with no added seams, welds, or stitch marks. Platforms, railings, or clamps will not be welded directly to the carrier tubes. However, for the installation of plastic‑coated or steel platforms, flanges with a minimum 5 mm (0.2 in) wall thickness may be welded to match the platform corners and holes. CTP (CAM FIBER REINFORCED POLYESTER) PRODUCTS CTP stands for "Cam Elyafi Takviyeli Plastik" (Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic). CTP is used for slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. CTP is a composite material made of unsaturated polyester reinforced with glass fiber, offering increased physical strength. It can replace wood, concrete, metal, glass and other materials, allowing easy tailoring of properties for specific applications. It is resistant to climate changes, temperature fluctuations, chlorinated water, and all chemical agents, and it is non‑conductive and non‑electrifying, making it a modern composite. Glass fibers are woven into a fine, flexible fabric that is placed into a mold, combined with polyester resin and a catalyst, then layered and cured. The resulting material is strong, lightweight, smooth, sandable, and paintable. A performance gel coat pigment containing isophthalic/NPG‑based acrylic modifier provides excellent resistance to heat up to 215 °C, fatigue, cracking, yellowing, fading, and matting, ensuring high aesthetic durability. Two‑coat films of 0.80 µm thickness with 450 g/m² (two‑coat) and 600 g/m² (single‑coat) are applied, followed by a 5 mm (0.2 in) fiber layer using CE 92 N8 polyester resin for high mechanical resistance. No post‑coloring will be performed. Polyethylene Products Low‑density or linear low‑density polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used in various products. It is semi‑permeable, flexible, and highly durable, offering low cost and high resistance, making it popular in industry. Polyethylene products are used for slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments with a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher are required. Product wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) for components subjected to pressure and friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for barriers and shade structures not exposed to pressure. Thickness tolerances are ±5%. Electrostatic Powder Coating All metal parts will be sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating micropores for better paint adhesion. Fine steel beads will be propelled by compressed air to open pores and clean the metal surface before coating.
