Product Technical Specifications Seating Area: 560 x 840 cm (220 x 331 in) Safety Area: 860 x 1140 cm (339 x 449 in) Slide Connection Height: 100 cm (39.4 in) – 150 cm (59.1 in) Number of Users: 3 User Age Group: 3+ Carrier Construction The carrier construction will be made from cold‑formed steel tubes with a minimum diameter of 89 mm (3.5 in) and a wall thickness of at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in), conforming to TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards, welded by high‑frequency welding. The tubes will be painted in a polyester‑based electrostatic powder‑coat applied in a furnace. The upper parts of these tubes will be sealed with polyethylene caps fixed with at least two aluminum rivets, molded into half‑sphere shapes to prevent water, moisture, and foreign material ingress. Vertical and horizontal sand‑coated tubes of minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter will be joined at right angles using aluminum‑cast or injection‑molded polyamide connection elements. The lower ends of the carrier tubes will be welded to sheet‑metal flanges measuring at least 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in). For a hard‑ground installation, the tubes will be anchored to the ground with steel dowels (minimum 8 × 75 mm (0.3 x 3 in)) through 10 mm (0.4 in) holes in the flanges. For soil installation, an anchorage system consisting of four galvanized M10 × 40 screws welded to a 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) sheet‑metal flange will be used on a sand‑coated tube of at least 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter and 2.5 mm (0.1 in) wall thickness, placed at a minimum height of 200 mm (7.9 in). The carrier construction tubes are single pieces; no additional tubing, welding, or seam marks are permitted. Platforms, railings, or clamps will not be directly welded to the carrier tubes. However, when mounting plastic‑coated or sheet‑metal platforms, flanges of at least 5 mm (0.2 in) wall thickness may be welded according to the platform’s corner shape and hole pattern. CTP (CAM FIBER REINFORCED POLYESTER) PRODUCTS CTP stands for “Cam Elyaf Takviyeli Plastik” – a Turkish abbreviation for glass‑fiber‑reinforced plastic. CTP is used for slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. CTP is a composite material made of unsaturated polyester reinforced with glass fibers, offering increased mechanical strength. It can replace wood, concrete, metal, glass, and other materials, allowing easy customization of properties for specific applications. The material is climate‑resistant, tolerant to temperature changes, and resistant to all chemicals including chlorinated water. It does not become electrically charged or conductive, making it a modern composite. Glass fibers are woven into a fine, flexible fabric that is placed in a mold, combined with polyester resin and a catalyst, then layered and cured. The resulting material is strong, lightweight, smooth, sandable, and paintable. An acrylic‑modified, isophthalic/NPG‑based performance gelcoat pigment, capable of withstanding up to 215 °C, provides superior resistance to yellowing, fading, and matting. It is applied in two coats (450 g/m² each) with an additional 600 g/m² topcoat, forming a 5 mm (0.2 in) thick fiber layer on a CE‑92 N8 polyester base. No post‑coloring will be performed. Polyethylene Products Low‑density (LLDPE) linear polyethylene is a thermoplastic used in various products. It is semi‑permeable, flexible, and highly durable, offering low cost and high resistance, making it popular in industry. Polyethylene grades are classified by density and chemical properties. Mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystalline structure, and branching. Regardless of grade, polyethylene provides good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene components are used for slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. For color stability, masterbatch pigments with a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher must be used. The material wall thickness shall be a minimum of 6 mm (0.2 in) for components subject to pressure or abrasion, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for non‑load‑bearing barriers and shade structures. Thickness tolerances are ±5 %. Electrostatic Powder‑Coat Paint All metal parts will be grit‑blasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. Fine metal beads will be propelled with compressed air to open pores and clean the metal surface before coating. All metal components are manufactured...
