Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood qualities: Knots – each meter may contain up to 4 solid knots; knot diameters will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No decay, defect, partially fused or missing knots. Cracks – no ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated timber may show acceptable longitudinal and transverse cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets – at most one per meter, not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in). No leaking or pulling resin, no inner bark, no rot cavities, no insect holes. No manufacturing defects; only deviations within the specified tolerances. Bending – will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. Impact – will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twisting – will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Flexural tolerance – between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. Sanding – all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: Support legs will be fabricated from four pieces of pine timber, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special blades. The support leg height will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The roof’s supporting slats will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two edges of each slat will be shaped on a router. All fixed connections will use special galvanized wood screws. Lower Panels (Railings): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides, and cut with diamond‑tipped blades. Frames will be mounted to the main supports with special galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative pieces are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in), also shaped with diamond‑tipped special blades, and will be attached with special galvanized screws. Seating Unit: The seating unit uses four L‑shaped wood legs, minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in); one end is fixed to the support, the other to the seating frame with special galvanized screws. On the L‑legs, a total of nine wood slats, minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special blades, will be mounted with special galvanized screws. Anchoring: A 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) flange will be placed on the bottom of each support leg, with a 90 × 70 × 5 mm (3.5 x 2.8 x 0.2 in) plate welded on top; a 12 mm (0.5 in) diameter hole will be drilled. Anchors will be fastened to the legs with screws and to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact and ensuring stable mounting. Picnic gazebo anchors will be fabricated from flanges at least 3 mm (0.1 in) thick, spanning a minimum of two sides of the vertical posts, welded together. Six special screws will be placed on each leg for post connection, and two dowel screws per leg for ground connection. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish in a furnace.
