Seating Area: 200 x 1000 cm (78.7 x 394 in) Height: 250 cm (98.4 in) Wood Features: The wood material used for manufacturing will be 1st Class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in), as appropriate for the project. The wood material used in production must meet the following specifications: Knots – each meter may contain up to four solid knots. The total knot diameter will not exceed one quarter of the piece width. No rot, defect, partially fused, or missing knots. Cracks – no ring cracks. Microscopic cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated environment may cause permissible end‑grain and side‑grain cracks, but within tolerance limits. Resin pockets – each meter may contain at most one resin pocket not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No dripping or pulling resin. No inner shell, rot cavities, or insect holes. No manufacturing defects; only deviations within specified tolerances. Bending – will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. Impact – will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twisting – will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter length. Blade bend – tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. Sanding – all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove splinters. Main Supports: Support legs will be made from six 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber pieces, cut with diamond‑tipped specialty blades to give a motif. The height of the support legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The pergola’s roof support beams will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each beam will be routed to shape them. Additional motif‑styled beams of the same size, cut with diamond‑tipped specialty blades, will be installed on the support beams. All fixed connections will use special galvanized wood screws. Anchoring: A 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) flange will be welded to a 90 × 70 × 5 mm (3.5 x 2.8 x 0.2 in) plate at the base of each support leg, and a 12 mm (0.5 in)‑diameter hole will be drilled. Anchors will be mounted to the legs with screws and to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the legs. Picnic gazebo anchors will be fabricated by welding flanges of at least 3 mm (0.1 in) thickness around a minimum of two sides. Six special screws will be placed on each leg for the anchor‑to‑post connection, and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal parts will be coated with polyester‑based powder coating in a furnace.
