Seating Area: 400 x 400 cm (157 x 157 in). Height: 250 cm (98.4 in). Wood Characteristics: The wood material used for manufacturing will be first‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in), according to the project requirements. The wood material must meet the following specifications: knots – each board may contain up to four sound knots; knot diameters will not exceed one‑quarter of the total piece width. No rotten, split, partially fused or missing knots are allowed. Cracks – no ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated material may have head and foot cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets – each board may contain one resin pocket not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No leaking or sucking resin, inner casing, rot holes, insect holes, or manufacturing defects are permitted; only the specified tolerances may apply. Bending – will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. Impact marks – will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twisting – will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter length. Edge bending – will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. Sanding – all visible surfaces will be sanded clean of splinters. Main Supports: The support legs will be made from six pieces of 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber, cut with diamond‑tipped special blades to create a motif. The height of the support legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The roof’s supporting slats will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each slat will be routed to shape them. Additional motif‑decorated slats, also 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in), will be produced with diamond‑tipped blades. All fixed connections will use special galvanized wood screws. Anchoring: A 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) flange will be welded onto the bottom of each support leg, with a 90 × 70 × 5 mm (3.5 x 2.8 x 0.2 in) plate welded on top, and a 12 mm (0.5 in) diameter hole drilled. Anchors will be bolted to the legs with screws and attached to the ground with steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and providing a secure foot mounting. Picnic gazebo anchors will be fabricated by welding at least two sides of a minimum 3 mm (0.1 in) thick flange. Six special screws will be installed per leg for the anchor‑to‑support connection, and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal components will be painted with polyester‑based powder coating and baked.
