Height: 250 cm (98.4 in) Wood Specifications: The wood material used for manufacturing will be 1st‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in), as required by the project. Required wood characteristics include: Knots: Up to four solid knots may be present per meter. Knot diameters will not exceed one‑quarter of the overall piece width. No rotten, split, partially fused or fallen knots will be allowed. Cracks: No ring cracks. Microscopic cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present. Head and foot cracks suitable for pressure‑impregnation specifications may appear, but must stay within tolerance limits. Resin pockets: No more than one per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No leaking or drawing resin, no internal shell, no rot cavities, and no insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not permitted; only deviations within the stated tolerances are acceptable. Bending: Will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. Impact marks: Will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Torsion: Will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. Axial bend: Will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded clean of splinters.
