The product has a diameter of 350 mm (13.8 in) and a height of 570 mm (22.4 in). 2. The lower and upper parts are formed into feet by bending 30×5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) strips and are welded to 30×5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) connecting rings. 3. The outer shell is made of 22 slats measuring 40×20×510 mm (1.6 x 0.8 x 20.1 in) that are wrapped around the upper and lower connecting rings and secured from inside with wood screws. 4. The inner bin is 500 mm (19.7 in) high with a diameter of 290 mm (11.4 in) and is made from 0.75 mm (0 in) galvanized steel sheet. 5. A metal lid, also made from 0.75 mm (0 in) steel, sits on the top of the inner bin and includes a Ø12 cm (4.7 in) opening for disposing waste. 6. The inner bin is mounted by welding a minimum 30×5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) strip to the lower inner ring to create a foot. 7. After the metal components are finished, they are degreased and rust‑removed, then baked to prepare for painting. The parts are washed in a phosphate tank, rinsed with clear water, and rested for 10‑15 minutes before surface cleaning. 8. Painting method: after baking, the components are coated with electrostatic powder paint and cured at 180‑200 °C. 9. The wooden material is first‑grade, kiln‑dried pine / fir.
