The lower and upper parts are formed by bending 30×5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) strip to create legs, which are welded to the 30×5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) binding rings. 3. The outer side is assembled from 22 pieces of 40×20×510 mm (1.6 x 0.8 x 20.1 in) slat boards that are wrapped around the upper and lower binding rings and secured from the inside with wood screws. 4. The front surface of the 40×20×510 mm (1.6 x 0.8 x 20.1 in) wooden slats includes an open compartment measuring 200×100 mm (7.9 x 3.9 in). 5. The inner bin is 500 mm (19.7 in) high and 290 mm (11.4 in) in diameter, made of 0.75 mm (0 in) galvanized sheet metal. 6. A metal lid, also made of 0.75 mm (0 in) sheet, sits on the top of the inner bin and features a Ø12 cm (4.7 in) opening for waste disposal. 7. The inner bin is mounted by welding a minimum 30×5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) strip to the lower inner ring to create a supporting leg. 8. After metal work is completed, the parts are degreased and rust‑removed, then baked to prepare for painting. The components are washed in a phosphate tank, rinsed with clear water, and rested for 10–15 minutes before surface cleaning. 9. Painting method: after baking, the parts are coated with electrostatic powder paint and cured at 180–200 °C. 10. The wooden material is premium‑grade pine (yellow pine) or spruce.
