The product has a diameter of 350 mm (13.8 in) and a height of 570 mm (22.4 in). 2. The supporting foot is formed from a Ø48 × 3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile with a base plate, welded to the bottom of the tube, measuring 140 × 140 × 50 mm (5.5 x 5.5 x 2 in). 3. The outer shell is made by wrapping twenty 40 × 20 × 510 mm (1.6 x 0.8 x 20.1 in) slatted boards around circularly bent 30 × 50 mm (1.2 x 2 in) ribs, secured with external wood screws. 4. The inner bin is 500 mm (19.7 in) high, 290 mm (11.4 in) in diameter, and constructed from 0.75 mm (0 in) galvanized steel sheet. 5. A metal lid, made from 0.75 mm (0 in) sheet metal and featuring a 12 cm (4.7 in) Ø opening for waste disposal, sits on the top of the inner bin. 6. A minimum 30 × 5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) rib will be welded to create a base for mounting the inner bin. 7. The foot and bin are connected using two 10 × 40 × 40 mm (0.4 x 1.6 x 1.6 in) slatted metal brackets. 8. After fabrication, the metal components will be degreased and descaled, then pre‑treated in a phosphating bath, rinsed with clear water, and allowed to rest for 10–15 minutes before surface cleaning. 9. The components are powder‑coated electrostatically after baking and cured at 180–200 °C. 10. The wood material will be first‑grade, kiln‑dried spruce or fir.
