It consists of a bin and a carrier part. The bin section is 290 mm (11.4 in) in diameter, 500 mm (19.7 in) high, and is fabricated from sheet metal with a thickness of 0.75 mm (0 in). A window in the bin body will be opened by hydraulic press forming. The top of the bin includes a metal lid made from 0.75‑mm‑thick sheet metal. The carrier foot is formed by bending a Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) pipe profile. The bin and foot are joined with galvanized bolts. The bin foot rotates 360° to allow waste discharge. After work on the metal components is completed, the metal will be baked to remove oil and rust and to prepare it for painting. Components washed in a phosphating tank are rinsed with clean water, rested for 10–15 minutes, and then the metal surface is cleaned. Painting method: after the baking step, the components are coated with electrostatic powder paint and cured at 180–200 °C.
