Features: - Width: 122 cm (48 in) - Height: 80 cm (31.5 in) - Bin Diameter: 29 cm (11.4 in) - Bin Height: 50 cm (19.7 in) - The product measures 1220 mm (48 in) wide and 800 mm (31.5 in) high and consists of a bin and a carrier. - The bin is made from sheet metal 0.75 mm (0 in) thick, 290 mm (11.4 in) in diameter and 500 mm (19.7 in) high. It includes a metal lid, also 0.75 mm (0 in) thick, with a Ø12 cm (4.7 in) opening for waste. - The carrier foot comprises four vertical tube profiles Ø48 × 3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in), 800 mm (31.5 in) long, welded together with three additional Ø48 × 3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profiles. - Bins and feet are joined with galvanized bolts. - The bins rotate 360° within the feet for easy waste emptying. - After fabrication, the metal parts are degreased, rust removed, and prepared for painting. They are washed in a phosphating tank, rinsed with clear water, and rested for 10‑15 minutes before surface cleaning. - Paint Process: After baking, components are coated with electrostatic powder paint and cured at 180‑200 °C.
