The product measures 1220 mm (48 in) in width and 800 mm (31.5 in) in height. It consists of a bin and a carrier frame. 2. The bin portion is made of sheet metal 0.75 mm (0 in) thick, with a diameter of 290 mm (11.4 in) and a height of 500 mm (19.7 in). The top of the bin features a metal lid, also 0.75 mm (0 in) thick sheet, with a Ø12 cm (4.7 in) opening for disposing waste. 4. The carrier foot section is formed by welding together four vertical tube profiles (Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in), 800 mm (31.5 in) long) using three additional Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profiles. 5. Bins and feet are joined with galvanized bolts. 6. The bins rotate 360° within the feet to allow waste discharge. 7. After the metal work is completed, the metal is degreased and de‑rusted, then prepared for painting by furnace heating. Components washed in a phosphating tank are rinsed with clear water and rested for 10‑15 minutes before surface cleaning. 8. Painting Method: After furnace treatment, the parts are coated with electrostatic powder paint and cured at 180‑200 °C.
